Blue Sea Systems 7720 Fuse Block MIDI

I used this as well as several other blue sea parts on a build. The blue sea parts are excellent quality, easy to work with, and well worth the investment.

While this product is durable, looks great and functions well. I returned this product though. Why would I want a mini ANL fuse holder that's as big as an standard ANL holder? This was just too big for me I wish I would have taken a picture side by side... Its literally the same size as an ANL holder.

This is the third fuse block midi holder I bought from Blue Sea Systems. I like the quality, durability, and design of the fuse holder. Half-inch nuts secure the wire lugs at each end and can accept the wire at any angle by breaking off the sides of the cover. The midi fuse is secured by two phillips head screws which make it easy to install or remove the fuse. This only accepts midi fuses. The plastic protective cover is held on securely by sturdy plastic clips that can withstand the vibrations while driving my van and not fall off like other protective covers do. I would buy this fuse block midi holder again.

I don't always relish the idea of building a new electrical circuit or tearing into an old one. But it's high quality products like this that can make the job so much more enjoyable. This fuse holder is a bit bulky but if you have the space to use it, you can be assured that this component will do the job. You can go to the Blue Sea Systems web site to get the exact dimensions. Like all Blue Sea products, the sheer quality and thoughtful design of this product encourages me to build the rest of my circuits to the same high standard.

Pretty well made but it looks like there's only 1 way the wire can come out each end and not 3 like it says in the description. I used an M6 x 8mm screw to attach it to my 4runner's frame. It's much bigger than I expected, so if you have a space that's tight, check your measurements.

Das Sicherungshaltergehäuse ist sehr gut, robust und wertig. Die Sicherung und die Anschlüsse für die Sicherung sind im Gehäuse Schutzart IP66 mit Dichtung. Die separaten Anschlüsse für das Kabel sind nicht Ausführung IP66, diese sind nur abgedeckt aber offen ev. IP20. Für mich waren die separaten Anschlüsse von Kabel und Sicherung wichtig. Die teilweise IP66 - Ausführung ist für mich sinnfrei.
