I have just order two more pots of it as I have found my knees are a darn site more comfortable especially in the mornings, even my sleep has improved because of less pain in the knees. I wish I was able to say the same about my wrist but it seems to have made it worse, but I will continue on with it on my wrist as well as my knees. And hope it will be a case of making it worse to make it better. DON'T FORGET TO WASH YOUR HANDS USE.

I thought I'd try this for a nasty bout of tendonitis which has swollen up my ankle, which is both painful and itchy. There don't appear to be any published clinical trials on the efficacy of bee venom in the treatment of joint or similar pains, but it has been used for a very long time in this regard.Did it work? It's hard to say - pain is a difficult thing - but certainly the act of rubbing it in seemed to help, and its very nice consistency and texture meant that it was quickly absorbed and left no greasiness on ankle or fingers. I'm going to keep using it.That it has active ingredients is beyond doubt... when I absentmindedly mistook it for my lip balm and put it on my lips it definitely tingled for a while! But nothing too bad. Which is nice to know, especially for a contact lens user like me... they do warn you not to use this product if you have a known allergy to bee venom, however, which in this day and age probably needs saying.In conclusion: I don't know if it works, but I enjoy using it, it's a quality product, and a little goes a long way. Over to you.

This had to be the best cream I,d never heard of it before, but I thought I'd give it a try. It actually does work especially on my shoulder,I bought another 1 for my daughter it works on her too

For a 100g jar of this cream the price seems a bit high, the jar is about 5cm high and 19cm circumference, it's filled to the brim, it has a strong almost menthol smell, for me it smells like the Deep heat cream. This joint relief cream is not thick, it's more like a creamy ointment, it spreads easily and goes a long way, also seeping into the skin easily, my shoulders and neck were stiff and painful, this cream did help and with regular use think this will be a plus for me, once rubbed into the body part it had a very warm feeling and it did help relax my muscles, but I do think it's a regular use cream for good results, I've had no bad side effects. The jar states 100% NATUER INGREDIENT, The ingredients on the jar state - Bee venom, Glucosamine, Methylsulfonylmethane, Arnica flower extract, Chondroltin and Vitamin k2.

Dieses Produkt hat mich durch seine geringe Größe überrascht. Der Kunststofftiegel befindet sich in einem genau passenden Umkarton mit englischsprachiger Beschriftung.Das Produkt ist gut versiegelt.Die dünne, nicht fettende Salbe lässt sich leicht entnehmen und auftragen. Der Geruch ist intensiv (medizinisch; "würzig") und angenehm.Beim Auftragen entsteht auf der Haut ein wärmender Effekt.Bei starken Gelenkschmerzen ist das für mich angenehm, eine schmerzlindernde Eigenschaft kann ich nur bedingt festtstellen. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass die Creme dazu einfach nicht tief genug eindringen kann.Ob es hilfreich wäre, die Salbe dann mehrfach aufzutragen, weiß ich nicht, weil ich keine Angaben finden konnte, ob dieses Produkt merfach aufgtragen werden kann.Ich möchte das auch nicht austesten, weil ich allergisch auf Bienengift reagiere, weshalb ich lieber bei einer vorsichtigen Dosierung bleibe.Alles in allem ist die Creme einen Versuch wert, Beschwerden zu lindern. Zusammen mit anderen Maßnahmen kann sie unterstützend wirken.
