I lost an initial 17lbs and then stalled, so decided to try a weight loss supplement and because of good reviews from other buyers I chose this product. I have previously used phentermine with success and was hoping for a similar product. Thermogenic Burn has worked well for me so far, allowing me to push past the stall and I've now lost a total of 36 lbs (30 lbs difference pictured) in two months. It works to suppress appetite and increase energy, though I think it suppresses appetite more than anything else. Negative thing would only be that I do need to take it with my meals because it causes nausea if I don't. But I don't mind that because if you don't consume enough calories daily your body goes into starvation mode slowing down weight loss and usually making it easier to put the weight back on. So it forces me to eat at least two meals daily but completely diminishes any desire to snack in between. It literally took less than a day for me to realize that I did not even think about opening my desk drawer for snacks. (Just a brief history about me: I snack 4 to 5 times a day on top of 3 meals. I eat small portions of main meals, hence I am able to stay within a healthy weight range, but the weight is slowly creeping now in my late 30s since the frequency of snacking has not changed. I would love to lose about 15 or so pounds, but I couldn't because those pounds wouldn't budge. I got these pills and I noticed their effect the first day and every day since then which has been about 2 weeks. I wake up and take one pill with a big glass of water and get ready for the day and after about 30mins I know I need to eat something so I tend to get something small and then the rest of the day I don't really think about food. I was constantly eating too much at times, eating out of boredom, thinking of my next meal and this pill has changed that. I have to remind myself that I haven't ate for hours and it's just not a priority or thought when taking these pills. I only take one a day and I find that does the trick, but I definitely can tell when the pill wears off because I begin to notice my hunger, but by that time it's around dinner so I can control myself better and not be worried about snacking. Also I have used these for over 2 weeks and I have not felt my heart racing or jumpy by any means. I don't have any problems sleeping. The only thing that has changed since taking these pills are that I am eating less and not feeling hungry.
