I found out that this is the sauce used at Blank Street. It is incredibly tasty but very expensive. More appropriate for coffee shops than home use but I have loved it. It is very thick in texture and the squeezy top makes it hard to measure, a small pump would be helpful. It feels high quality but it is small. I think the next size up is around ยฃ60, which as a coffee maker at home I don't think is worth the money.

Alright, so I finally got my hands on the Hollander Dutched Chocolate Cafe Sauce, and after using it for a bit, I wanted to share my honest thoughts. As someone who lives in Florida and travels a fair amount, I'm always looking for those little luxuries that can make life on the go, or just at home, a bit sweeter. I've tried a bunch of chocolate sauces over the years, from the super fancy to the everyday, so I feel like I've got a good handle on what works and what doesn't. First off, let's talk about the good stuff. The flavor is definitely a standout. It's got this rich, deep chocolate taste that feels really authentic, not artificial or overly sweet like some other brands out there. It reminds me of the kind of chocolate you'd get in a high-end coffee shop, which is a huge plus for me. I've been using it mostly in my morning coffee to make a quick mocha, and it blends in super smoothly. No weird clumps or struggling to mix it in, which is a common issue with thicker sauces. It just melts right into the hot coffee, giving it that velvety texture you want. Another big win for me is the ingredients. I'm trying to be more mindful of what I consume, so the fact that it's vegan-friendly, GMO-free, gluten/soy-free, and corn syrup-free is a major bonus. It's nice to know I'm not pouring a bunch of questionable stuff into my drink or dessert. The squeeze bottle is also pretty convenient, especially when I'm packing up for a weekend trip. It's not too big, and the flip cap keeps things tidy, which is essential when you're on the move and don't want a sticky mess. Now, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. While I love the flavor, I've seen some folks mention it can be really rich, almost too much for some palates. I can see that; if you're used to a lighter chocolate, this might be a bit intense. I also noticed one comment online that said it tasted like "Marlboro Red made a chocolate sauce," which is a wild description, but it hints that some people might find an unexpected note in the flavor profile. Personally, I haven't experienced that, but taste is subjective, right? Then there's the value for money. This isn't the cheapest chocolate sauce on the shelf. It definitely falls into the premium category. For me, the quality of the ingredients and the superior taste make it worth the extra cost, especially since I use it regularly. But if you're just looking for a basic chocolate syrup for occasional use, you might find it a bit pricey. It's a bit of an indulgence, but one I'm happy to make. Practical Uses: Coffee & Espresso: My go-to for homemade mochas. It dissolves beautifully in hot beverages. Desserts: Drizzled over ice cream, pancakes, or even fresh fruit, it elevates simple treats. Travel: The squeeze bottle is great for taking a little bit of home comfort with me on trips, whether it's to sweeten my hotel coffee or add to a dessert. Overall, if you're someone who appreciates a really good chocolate flavor and cares about cleaner ingredients, the Hollander Dutched Chocolate Cafe Sauce is definitely worth checking out. It's become a staple in my pantry, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I am over the moon with Hollander sauces. I am very mindful of what I consume and I like to indulge in fun fancy coffee and I don't like to use other syrups that are full of high fructose corn syrup and this has exactly what I have been looking for. the flavor is fantastic it's decadent good quality. It is worth the price because of what you're getting it is quality and you know when you're using it you're not harming your body

This chocolate sauce is really good, once you can get a batch that isn't busted upon arrival. It's fairly overpowering, so you don't need as much as you think you might need for your drink no whatever else you're making. Which is good, that way it lasts longer for the price.
