Great Adherence
Sticks very well and holds up well so far. Have had several rains and multiple days/nights of high winds, 30mph+ stronger gusts.

This stuff stays good tacky
It's been months of rain, heat, and construction dirt. Still, where I'd oversized and can touch the adhesive side It's still sticky- in a good way. The membrane is quality material and should seal well. I used it atop existing post as part of a redecking and only after I'd let them dry. Being spring in KY it always rains. I used foil tape to tent over the post in the interim.

Doesn't seal rain gutters
Used it to repair leaking rain gutter. Didn't work and came off after first rain storm.

Pairing with your cell phone is a great feature.
Nice sized lettering and well lit, a great phone for elderly, very easy to use once it’s set up, setting up takes time and some basic skills.

Bummed
Does not stick well. I needed it to seal around an uneven part of pipe. I will not seal.

Brilliant easy to use tape. Kept my shed water tight last winter until I got it repaired. Very sticky and lasting. Builder asked me what it was because he couldn’t get it off ! Highly recommended.

Worked really effectively and easy use even at the top of a ladder.

It works with the roof of my shed. But one role of that cannot even cover the joint of the felts of my small shed. It is very effective but quite expensive.

We had a few small "splits" in our roofing felt inside of the attic and a couple of places where the felt had come away from the piece it previously overlapped and was causing draughts. I didn't use a heat gun but the attic wasn't cold and I heated the tape (the sticky side of course) and felt with a hair dryer before immediately putting the tape on the required areas. Initially it stuck like "Muck to a blanket" and seemed impressive but 1) I estimated I'd need circa. 4ft and there was only about 3' 6" of tape and within 4 hours it started to come unstuck around the edges and by the next day it was literally hanging off. I managed to re-heat it and put superglue gel around the edges which managed to hold it in some places but not others. A complete waste of time and money and I should've stuck to using black duct tape from £1land with spots of superglue gel around the edges which I'd done before (but was messy). If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I bought this tape at half price and it is still too expensive! Only 50 inches on the roll, not 60 inches as advertised! As far as how good it is, only time will tell. I cleaned the surface it was used on, but I had to warm the tape to get it to stick. It is not very flexible, so probably best used on flat surfaces, or wrapped around pipes etc. Expensive for what it is.
