Reflective Rain Coat, Waterproof Hi Vis Safety Rain Jacket, Heavy Duty ANSI Class 3 High Visibility Trench Coat

I bought this because my job gave me a rain coat to use but it was a thick rubber coat that when wearing weighs me down. This jacket is light, repels water really well, and I bought it especially for the ID pocket as my job requires a visible ID at all times. When I had to work a rainy day the other day, I actually used the hood for the first time and put it over my head and placed my hard hat on the hood and was worried that the hard hat would slide off or fall,off at every movement I made, but it didn’t, it stayed on my head. That was a pleasant surprise. This coat is perfect for anyone who wants to stay dry while being outside in the rain, it’s lightweight, double zippered so if you need to go to the bathroom, you can u zip from the bottom and leave the top zippered instead of having to unzip the entire coat, and so far I have found it to be very durable and the pockets are deep. I like that the hood can simply be folded up and placed under a flap and not have an annoying zipper. I was working in the middle of a torrential downpour wearing this jacket and my clothes remained dry, and anyone who works in the elements knows, once the clothes get wet, its a bad day until you can change and get dry clothes on. I would recommend this rain jacket for anyone who works outside in the rain.

This is very durable but sometimes in heavy rain you do get wet otherwise nice to wear

I am 5’ 5” and I ride a stand-up electric scooter to work. I purposefully got a size medium so my backpack would fit underneath it. I love this jacket! Lengthwise it’s maybe 5 inches above my ankle. Reflectiveness is perfect. The only downsides of this jacket are the zipper (kinda hard to zip sometimes) and the hood (too small/shallow in my opinion). I would be sure to wear a hat with a bill if you need to use the hood to help it not fall off your head.

As a crossing guard here in the city of Chicago (Windy City) I highly recommend this coat. It saved me from the cold many times and protected me from the rain. I really think you should get it if you’ve been thinking about it.

I go for walks year round no matter the weather conditions. I needed a jacket to wear over other jackets for when temps 30 to 50 degrees and it’s raining that was also visible since in fall gets dark by 5 pm. (my gear for these temps wasn’t rain proof). At $29.99 at time of purchase this checked all my needs. Now I’m 5’8” female but like to wear Men’s XL t-shirt (I don’t like skin tight clothing and my shoulder are wide that women’s clothing to tight in shoulders). I read the reviews and heard that this ran big. I was confused as to what size to get because almost everything I buy is XL. I found review that seemed to be around my body type so I went with size Medium ( I was afraid to order a size small). The medium is big on me but since I’m wearing it over coats I’m okay with that ( in future I would order size small). The shelves are too long but the coat has Velcro at sleeves you can tighten ( I don’t bother since I wear it in rain I’m okay with sleeves covering my hands and keeping them dry). The coat comes down to mid-calf on me but once again I’m okay with this as when it’s cold and raining the coat keeps me dry. The coat isn’t breathable so moisture and heat will build up on the inside, because of this I usually use just the snap closures and not the zipper. However, I like the fact that the zipper is a 2 way zipper zips from both directions which helps with temperature control. What I don’t like is the drawstring that they use for the hood (it is useless). For some unknown reason they put an elastic drawstring in the hood so if you try to tighten hood all that happens is the drawstring expands without actually tightening your hood around your face. Now for me this really isn’t an issue as I wear a billed baseball hat ( I wear glasses and billed baseball hat keeps my glasses from getting rained on) under the hood and just snap the hoods neck snaps. But for those needing hood tightened this drawstring won’t do the trick for you. Overall I’m really happy with my purchase keeps me dry and cars are able to see me on my hour long evening walks.

Do not hesitate buying this product. I used it 3x recently and it did a great job of keeping me dry. The price is also very reasonable The 2 things I like best about this product are: it has extra length to to cover me below my knees and it has 2 zippers so taking it off makes that process much easier for sure.
