This is not a kefir. There is not L. kefiri in ingredients. Although it is not a traditional kefir, the taste is good.

You cannot obtain kefir grains from this product. Thus, it is by no means cheap. With kefir grains, you can make kefir endlessly, and your grains grow continuously.
