Great starter scissor for my 2.5 year old who shows left hand dominance. Great size, easy to use. She loves them so much, in fact, that she tried to cut my ponytail off. Thankfully she did not succeed... just keep in mind the button for retracting the scissor blades is not fully child proof & your toddler likely can do it themselves. Would repurchase

Perfect for my toddler. Fits well in his hands and allows him to quickly help out when we’re cutting things. These are still metal scissors so require close supervision, though the tip is rounded for safety.

Great for little hands learning to cut. I’m teaching my granddaughter how to cut out shapes, and following the line using these. They cut well, and they’re perfect for kids learning to cut. The regular kids scissors were harder to use, and would overwhelm her. Once she’s learned how to use these well cutting, then we will graduate her up to a pair of regular kids scissors. I do catch my older grandchildren 7-9 using these scissors often instead of regular. They say the scissors are more comfortable in their hands. I do like how they fold up. I would definitely buy these again.

These are great little scissors. They seem to be safe. The grip and size is wonderful for a little hands. I’m sure they could cut all the wrong things. Supervision is definitely still necessary. If the little one wanted to cut things, they should not. All in all, they’re great.

They are the perfect size for smaller hands. The spring-loaded assistance makes cutting easier for beginners and those with decreased fine motor strength. I love that the blades retract into the handle making storage and accessibility easier and safer. Exceeded my expectations!

All scisors should be like this instead of the loops. Good for left and right hand, easy, rounded and safe for kids! We love them ! And I bought more flr christmas to give to all the littles one in the family

Although these are intended for children, I, as an adult feel confident to say that they ARE suitable for an "older" person. I keep one pair in my pocket. Useful for opening packages from Amazon 🤗, plastic wrapping, cutting loose threads or tags from clothing. I would recommend getting a set of 3 since it works out cheaper than getting individual ones. Thank you.
