Lovely strong, tasty cuppa. and works out very cheap also.
I started drinking tea again fairly recently after having stopped years ago. I wrongly assumed my tastes had changed, but it was tea from the main brands in the UK that had changed for the worse, be it Yorkshire, PG Tips, Typhoo, Tetley etc, they sell weak Tea with poor quality flavour. Clipper sell very decent tasting teabags, but it's not as cheap as buying loose tea. This Ahmad breakfast tea is superb, one of my faves. It's lovely and strong but without the astringent bitterness some loose teas have. I recommend people go back to loose tea, it's the way we drank tea for generations and works out at a fraction of the cost of tea bags.

That first sip was a delicious memory lane moment.
A delicious memory lane moment - that was what I experienced when I first tried this tea.I grew up enjoying a loose tea brew from the tea pot whenever I visited my grans. My gran past away and I never saw the teapot again. From then on, tea was only brewed with teabags. I struggled to enjoy teabag brewed tea and my enjoyment of tea disappeared to the point I refused tea for many years. After a teapot was recently introduced to our home, I gave Ahmad English Breakfast tea a try. I left the loose tea leaves stewing for several minutes in the teapot, poured my wife and I a cup each, added a splash of milk and took a sip. We both smiled. This is what good tea tastes like.In that first sip I was transported back to childhood tea at my grans. And now I enjoy a delightful cup of tea and all the health benefits it brings. I’ve even got some in cup infusers so if it’s tea for one, no problem. This tea is nice black or with milk. I enjoy both depending on my mood. The box, although not important looks nice but I’m looking at a better storage solution to keep the tea fresh and tasty. On final thought is I think this has to be better for the environment - no tea bag means less materials and manufacturing processes are required for the tea and I’m not throwing teabags away - some which apparently are made from plastic and even the paper ones apparently use plastic to seal the tea bag.Anyway, I hope you enjoy this tea as much as our household does.

Good quality green tea
I’ve enjoyed this and would buy again. Very refreshing, not bitter, economical in use.

Best Tea Ever! A Must-Buy For All Tea Lovers!
I recently tried black tea infused with bergamot, and I have to say, it’s the best tea I’ve ever tasted. The aroma is simply amazing, and the flavor is rich even after brewing for just a couple of minutes. It offers incredible quality at a great price. One of the things I love about this tea is how long it lasts. You don’t need to use a lot of leaves to get a great taste, which makes it very economical. The packaging is another highlight—the tea comes in a lovely metal tin that can be repurposed to store other teas. (I simply used a contact paper - it looks so pretty!)I’m so impressed that I bought two more packages, along with other varieties from the same brand. If you love tea, this is a must-buy. Highly recommended!

Blown Away!
I have had Gunpowder tea for many years - when I can find it. I am so often told be "tea people" like Wittards that there is no call for it. Well, I want it. And have had to resort to small independent tea dealers in the past.To be honest, I hadn't thought of Amazon which is odd as I seem to get just about everything else I need especially oddity buys from Amazon since 2002!So I ordered this.I was delighted with the size of pack [500g] but the taste test was key. And I was not disappointed. A subtle flavour, light in colour and with also a light aroma. Not as "grassy" as Green Gunpowder can be. A great find and a taste to relish. Be warned though and do not put too much in the pot and def do not let it stew!.I have found that one teaspoon per cup is sufficient and if drained down to the leaves can be refreshed and a second cup from the leaves can be had.Great delivery, superb price and highly recommended.

Fabulous flavour
I am a big fan of loose leaf tea, and I have been using this tea for over a year now and have no intention of swapping for another brand. I love the tea and see no need to pay more for something I may not like as much. The flavour is perfect, distinct without being overpowering. I drink it with about 20% heated oat milk and it is divine. I also use it with my home-made spice mix of ground cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg, and the jasmine flavour holds it's own against the spices, and complements them. I buy the tea monthly as part of my Subscribe and Save delivery, which makes it even better value for money.

It's ok, nothing more
I've tried many many loose leaf teas in the search for THE ONE and this is not one of the best. It's ok, but I'd say not even on a par with the Gold/premium supermarket own range if loose teas.
