I've been taken this for 8 days now. I've already felt more energetic and focused. I feel great, definitely feel more motivated. I will be buying this product again. It does have a terrible taste, but I have figured out if you take a sip of orange juice and keep it with your mouth while taking the honey, it helps a lot, takes away the bad after taste. I will be purchasing a men's one for my husband also!

This stuff is awesome. It absolutely works for cognitive function and mental clarity. One month in, the effects are profound. Note: IT TASTES HORRIBLE. But the taste is less bad over time as you get used to is. So you have to find a way to consume it. Personally, I put hot water, honey, and shilajat together and stir until combined. Pour that liquid into something chuggable and down it. I like to mix that concoction with "green drink" supplement and take it all at once. It masks the flavor a little bit. I plan on taking this daily for the foreseeable future.

It smells like Dettol/Phenol and tastes probably like a tar shampoo (never tried tasting a tar product 😂). If you ever had to visit an Indian hospital, you would know the smell I describe. It if you ever used a tar shampoo, you would know how it might taste. BUT, I could easily replace coffee. This gave enough energy & focus to get through all my back to back meetings in the morning. Phew! Packing is fancy, but may be unnecessary. Consistency is that of Nutella. I used to think Nutella was the annoyingly stickiest substance we had to put up with for kids pleasure, but this tops it. I hope, somebody can come up with a simpler dispensing mechanism. Since it was on sale, bought two bottles. I will come back and update the efficacy on overall health.

I've been using shilajit for years. (You don't take it constantly, it's best to cycle on and off). I bought this product in October when my usual brand was unavailable, and I did not try it until this week. This is clearly cut with something oily and disgusting, probably mineral oil. It is not a proper resin. It's important to know that shilajit is always an acquired taste. A good quality shilajit has a strong, smoky resin taste that is something like very thick smoked fermented tea. It's enjoyable when you are accustomed to it. This however tastes rancid, and is a liquid that slides right off the ridiculous fancy scoop that's included. The taste is truly awful, and because it is an oil and not a resin, it is almost impossible to get the taste out of your mouth afterward. I will never waste money on this brand again, I will always wait for a trusted seller to stock mine. If you have tried this brand and think that you do not like shilajit or that it does not work for you, I suggest trying again with a reputable seller. This brand comes in obnoxious unnecessarily fancy packaging with lots of "guarantees" printed on it, but anyone who is actually familiar with shilajit will be wildly disappointed. From the good reviews I imagine there must be someone selling this brand who actually sells proper shilajit, but this is where I purchased it, and you do NOT want to buy yours here. If I had opened it sooner I would have returned it, but now all I can do is order from a reliable source instead and throw this bottle away. I do not recommend this item to others. Please buy it somewhere else.

This is my third bottle of shilajit, as well as the third brand to try. At first glance, this seems to be higher end...I surmise this by its packaging and the addition of a golden metal spoon instead of a few wooded sticks. There is a data sheet included telling you where/when/what. The product itself is a lot different from the past two brands. It is runny instead of tar-like. It tastes a million times worse that other shilajit. My husband refuses to take it for this reason. Now, I don't know what is good and what isn't. I've only had 3 jars/3 brands. The first two were tar like with an almost black licorice aftertaste. This one is...well, I don't really know how to describe it. It tastes the way cow manure smells. Or what the bottom of the compost bin smells like. No matter how good this brand may be, if I can't get my husband to take it then it does no good. I choke it down because I'm not wasting it.

I would definitely recommend this product. The texture is very horrible. You have to like honey and you have to like strawberry, but you also have to like the numbing throat spray that you get in the stores for like sore throats because that has the after taste to it I will say I've only been on it for two days, but my libido is a little different and my energy level is very well. I've actually power clean my entire kitchen. I would say I could see it taking a longer time for some people versus a shorter time for some people it just depends on your body weight. It depends on your mindset as well. I do not typically keep an open mind when it comes to this stuff because to me it is all placebo, but I will say that with this product I was very shocked with how my energy level is I am 42 years old and I definitely have noticed a change, libido a little bit, but it may just need more time and again I'm only on day two
