Great for icing toes, front and mid-foot
Works well and soft / comfortable. Only stays cold for about 8-10 mins out of freezer, but that's enough for regular icing of an injury, and you get two so can alternate and keep the other one in the freezer. Maybe a bit expensive for what it is, but overall I'm happy.

Very comfortable squishy material
Even without ice or heat you can feel the liquid gel being quite cool to the touch due to conducting heat very well. And even without heat or cold, the padding material alone with the gel makes it very squishy and comfortable, even better than memory foam.

Bunion Surgery Ice Pack
I have had 3 foot surgeries since January, I wish I had found this sooner! It doesn’t stay super cold for very long but you get two, so I swap it out if I want it in for longer. It’s so soft.

Gute Passform, nur leider schnell erwärmt bei entzündeten Gelenken… (zumindest wenn nur Kühlschrank-kalt vorher)
