I don't usually have a problem falling asleep but often wake up in the middle of the night and find it difficult to fall back asleep. I'm reluctant to take drugs or other sleep aids but Som seemed like it might be the "healthiest" of the options so decided to give it a try. It worked great. Had no trouble falling back asleep and woke up feeling refreshed. Tastes great, easy to prep (dissolves easily in water), and no side effects or other issues. Looking forward to trying the other flavors.

A friend recommended Som Sleep to me and I was doubtful but open to try. Glad I did. These worked great and enabled me to get a good relaxing full night’s rest. Best of all, it’s all natural which is very important to me. No chemical sweetener additives here. I’ve tried all the flavors and they all taste great. This cherry one tho, is my favorite.

I use 2 packets in 6 oz water at 6 pm. It helps me stay asleep all night.

It works, taste good, but just like anything that helps with sleep, you wake up super groggy.

This stuff works! I normally don’t like cherry flavored things, but Som cherry flavor tastes pretty good. The combination of minerals and vitamins in one packet is not only convenient but also effective. I took it with me on my work travels, as I have a harder time falling asleep when not at home. I dissolved the packet in a bottle of water and drank it 30 minutes before I wanted to be asleep, as directed. Before I knew it, I was fast asleep in dreamland and waking up in the morning. I wasn’t tossing and turning all night, as what usually happens. I highly recommend Som for the nights you need that extra bit of help to fall asleep and stay sleeping.

Absolutely no effect on sleep quality. This is not merely subjective opinion, monitoring my sleep stats with a Garmin watch shows my sleep is slightly worse when I take this stuff. There's no benefit to using this product. Save your money.

It’s clear which I still find weird and it has a unique taste but I do think it helps. I combine with a cbd gummy for extra assurance. Fall asleep in good time and wake feeling rested and not groggy. The taste is worth the sleep.

This really works to relax and help you go to sleep. And it tastes really good.!
