We are having our basement finished, and I will finally have a nice, dedicated workout area. I got these to use for my exercise bands, which I have previously just tied around studs (definitely not ideal). I tried these out by attaching them to a stud, and they worked great! No wiggling or feeling like they were going to come loose or break. I used the screws they came with and they seemed a lot better quality than you usually get with things-we often replace those, but didn't feel the need to this time. I'm really excited to get my workout room finished and put these in their permanent home, and am actually considering ordering some more to use with some other things in there. Definitely recommend!

The Reason for Selection:To hang a hammock in my basementGeneral observations:As hardware goes, this appears to be of good stainless steel quality. I feel confident that it will last and that the 2,000# rating is accurate.The hardware included is also stainless steel. I've not seen lag bolts with that kind of thread pattern before at the tip of the bolt. The concrete anchors are of very good quality. The kit does not come with instructions as for the hole bore diameters.Since my application only needs to support a few hundred pounds with a 3x safety factor on the weight bearing, I think this will suffice.Install was easy. For my install I used the included bolts intended for use with the concrete anchors. I added 2 M8 1.25 pitch nuts and 2 heavy gauge fender washers to mount it to a joist. The anchor worked exactly as I anticipated. Easy to install, strong, sturdy, and durable. However, we went with something else that is a little more substantial in size and weight. It’s a good anchor and will work for its intended purpose; we just needed something different. It’s still worth 5 stars.

This is a well made and with a nice finish. It can handle any type of exercise band. Very convenient for doing band exercises. Also a nice place to hang a work out towel when you aren't using it for exercise bands.

We put these in our basement rafters to use resistance bands on and they work great! I would definitely recommend!

Super strong hook for fitness bands or can even use outside to hold a hanging chair or maybe use 2 of them for a hammock, etc. The hook itself is said to hold ~2,000lbs, which I’ll assume is true given how well made it appears to be, but some of that assumption depends on how it is attached using screws/bolts. I personally will not be testing the limits, and I plan to use this outside under my deck to hang some heavy plants... although I am considering putting it on a porch post and doing fitness band exercises outside – that could be a nice change of scenery, but I digress.The metal is thick, but also smooth so you don’t need to worry about it damaging your fitness band (if that’s what you use it for) and it won’t damage your wall – no bumps or burrs on the hook. Probably dozens of ways to use this hook… either when you need something super strong, want something “over engineered” to assure it’s safe or just want something that has a smooth, clean look… and also happens to be very capable.

This wall anchor is perfect for my application, which is attaching stretchy bands to the wall so my spouse can do her shoulder strengthening exercises. I probably could have gotten by with something lighter duty (she is well below 2000 lbs, fwiw) but we're not complaining about the extra strength rating. I also like how it is an ope hook, rather than a loop or eye, so it's easier to attach and release straps and ropes.The bolts are serious, no installing them with only a screwdriver... You will need to pre-drill holes, and use a wrench to tighten the bolts. Make sure you carefully locate mounting holes in the center of the wall stud, if that's the route you go.I'm not 100% confident the hanger is actually SUS304 stainless steel, as it is mildly magnetic. Nonetheless, it is completely adequate as an incredibly strong wall anchor for exercise equipment, and it will save our door frames lots of wear and tear, I'm sure.Exceeds expectations, five stars.

Excellent build quality! Solid attachment point with all of the various attachment options. I have several of these from other makers and this is probably the most solid feeling version. This is going to be great to add another attachment point in my fitness area.Definitely recommended purchase.
