Comfortable, and sturdy
The mattress is quite comfortable. It is a bit of a stiffer mattress, but that is how I prefer my mattresses. I am a heavier person, but do not find myself sinking into the mattress in an uncomfortable way. Overall I am sleeping better on this mattress than I have many other mattresses.

Feels great, helped my back pain
I've had this mattress now for over 3 months. It feels great! It's the right amount of firmness to where I don't sink into the mattress, and it supports my lower back. I used to have a lot of lower back pain with my previous mattress. It hurt to barely bend over after getting out of bed. But not with this mattress!

Not enough support
My spouse and I were excited about this mattress based on reviews but literally knew with in 24 hours we werenโt going to like it. We did not sleep on it for 4 nights to let it fully expand. It is way too soft. If you sit on the side you sink so far into the bed you almost fall off. When we both go to sleep we end up waking up glued in the middle like an air mattress. Just wayyyy too soft.

I purchase this for myroom. Open up mattress, right away it unfolds. In 24 hours, it was totally filled out. As of today ( been week)I have slept great! Usually wake up in middle night, but after 3rd night, I don't anymore!! Shape n all is perfect . Cooling gel inside keeps my temp at minimal.due to my post flash I get, I feel cool all over! I got medium for feel best for my back n legs. See how it goes for the timeframe we get...which is 365 nights guaranteed.i highly recommend this mattress...

IT IS NOT SOFT VERY FIRM
THE QUAILTY IS AMAZING! I WAS EXPECTING IT TO BE PILLOW SOFT! IT IS VERY FIRM EVEN WITH A GEL MATTRESS TOPPER. SO NOW I HAVE TO INVEST IN A LATEX MATTRESS TOPPER TO MAKE IT PILLOW SOFT. I DO HAVE TO SAY I WAKE PAIN FREE!

We have slept on the mattress for over 3 weeks. At first, I was a bit disappointed about the support of the edge of the mattress. Over time the edge has gotten harder and does not sag guess it needed a few eeks to reach its potential strength.
