The Humangear GoToob bottles handle both extremely well. Their thick food-grade silicone body, proprietary cap, and the lock feature all fit tightly to prevent leakage, pressure burping, and the usual mess that comes with cheap travel containers. I no longer need to put my liquid filled bottles inside multiple zip-lock bags to protect against leakage. I’d seen these GoToob silicone travel bottles highly recommended many times over recent years and finally bit the bullet. They’re not inexpensive, and I don’t travel as much as I used to, but I decided it would only take one leak from a cheap, crappy travel bottle to make new with I’d bought the better-quality GoToob. Glad I did. Worked as promised: easy to fill, didn’t leak, the 6-ounce size held plenty of shampoo for a one-week trip, and it was easy to squeeze out all the site before sealing for the return trip (which I believe minimizes leakage that might be caused by changes in aircraft air pressure). Very satisfied. Would certainly buy again, gladly recommend to others.
