How true to color is rich caviar? All the pictures look red but the box looks purple/black

My dark brown hair came out looking more black-until the sun hits it. Then it's a gorgeous dark violet. I absolutely love it!

I'm a natural blonde who has dyed black hair. i am interested in the ruby noir. will this color work on dyed black hair?

I had black dyed hair and used Ruby Noir in my hair and it worked great and turned out beautifully. I didnt do anything to my hair to strip it or anything.

Is 5.88 (Deep Red) an auburn color or darker? or is it a wine color?

Because I have dark hair to begin with, it comes out a very dark auburn. I would suppose it depends on your own hair color. If it's a light shade, the 5.88 Deep Red, may come out more red than auburn.

Does this work on black hair?
