So much so I this is the second one I purchased. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Needs software update....don't panic! *by M***E on 11 January 2020* Product arrived very quickly. I registered the smart card with Tivu sat and was waiting the advised 30 mins for the chanels to appear. After an hour, the screen still stated 'card not recognised' I contacted Tivu sat on a webchat who were very helpful and told me that if I could see channel 9 and no other channels, that it is a problem with the receiver's software. They gave clear instructions on the procedure with was all accessible from the receiver's remote. It takes about 1 hour for the update and works fine after.
