I like these. It has 300 mg of caffeine and also 200 mg of l-theanine. Taking those 2 together is beneficial if you do your research on it. The flavor is nice too. I had to change from the energy drinks because although the caffeine effects was nice it was just too much liquid to consume. I think I'll stick with these for awhile. They have a nice kick to it and the added l-theanine is a nice addition

These energy shots deliver the energy you need to give you that boost during your day. My only negative is the taste, particularly the after taste. I know these type of energy shots aren't designed to be great tasting, but some of the other leading brands are much better in the taste department. I would describe the taste of these as tolerable to drink with a "bug spray" aftertaste.

These little shots pack quite the punch energy wise. They are perfect for times when you need a little extra help making it through the day. I recommend starting with half a shot when you first try them because they are pretty strong, at least for me. They taste great, well, as great as an energy shot can taste anyway. I like to keep them in the refrigerator and drink them cold. Great buy for the price

Arrived quickly, great price and good taste. (It's better chilled tho.) It doesn't truly compare to its closest competitor. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. I had hoped to find a good substitute for the competition, but not this one.

I keep myself pretty heavily caffeinated, so the 300mg of caffeine in these pre-workout energy shots is excessive for my needs. It's got the caffeine of two large, strong, cups of coffee. This is too much for me at one time because I consume quite a bit of caffeine throughout the day. This may not be a problem for you at all, just be aware.I ended up drinking only half of one at a time and still managed to get a good boost from it. This worked for me and meant I got results from the product and each shot lasts me two days. BONUS!I had the grape flavor, and while it's not the best-tasting energy shot I've ever had, it's not bad. There's some grape flavor and a good amount of artificial sweetener taste. I don't take energy shots for the taste anyway, so as long as it's easy enough to get down, I'm fine with whatever flavor.As long as 300mg of caffeine is not too much for you, these are worth a try.

This preworkout drink has superb blend of nutrients necessary for a workout session. I drank one bottle before my workout. It was delicious with just a bit of sourness due to it's flavor. I was energized and added extra pump. There was no adverse reaction that occurred after intake. Recovery was efficient as well. Effective for what it's worth.

i got these as i had some other energy shots that were really good. i like some grape stuff but the majority of it reminds me of cough syrup. since it was either this flavor or blue razz i went grape.the shots themselves are conveniently packaged with each one being sealed. this is perfect for tossing in the car or your backpack for a quick lunch boost. the caffeine is about what a typical energy drink has at 300 mgs per shot. it also has a good amount of citrulline which could be the aftertaste im getting. the shots don't taste like cold medicine which is great. they do have, for me at least, a not great lingering taste after you drink it.it could be the sucralose or the big dose of citrulline as i've had that by itself and its not pleasant.overall if you need a pick me up, or a pre workout boost this will definitely work. just maybe chug it quick.
