I’ve been using this watch for a couple weeks now and honestly it’s better than I expected. Setup was pretty easy and it synced to my phone without any hassle. I like that I can see texts and even take calls, the sound is actually clear which I didnt think it would be. The health tracking is the main reason I got it and it seems pretty accurate, at least compared to my home devices. Blood pressure and heart rate readings are close enough to trust for daily use. Battery life is also great, I get almost a full week which is kinda impressive. It’s not perfect tho. The screen could look a bit sharper and the charger feels a little loose sometimes. Also wish it had more features like glucose tracking but not a dealbreaker. Overall, for the money this is a really good buy and does way more then I expected. I would probly get it again.

Great watch. Probably my favorite so far. Accurate readings, bright screen, clea, Ability to read text. I really enjoy the depth of the sleep tracker. Though not sure how it knows when to separate naps, but it knows! The most important feature was the blood pressure monitor. Very very few watches offer this. It's accuracy is close enough to a normal cuff that it's reassuring. Easy BT connection. Tho I need to learn how to disable phonecalls. But that a user error in my part. Watch CAN receive and send phonecalls. My advice would be get an aftermarket nylon wrist strap. The one they send is good, but prone to sweating. Other than that great product!

Overall, a good product. It does everything as advertised. It monitors a number of bodily functions continuously and accurately. However, the icons that control all of the functions are a bit small. One thing that bothers me the most is the countdown timer which I use for a variety of activities from cooking to meditation. When the time expires, the watch gives a single short vibration. If you were not anxiously waiting for the time to expire, you can miss the vibration. A series of two or three short vibrations would be better. As for the activities it monitors, you have a wide range to choose from, and they can be activated on the watch. I like that activities can be added to the list displayed on the watch. However, it would be better if activities could also be removed so you only see the things you actually do rather than have to scroll through the lengthy list. As stated, it is a good product for its price point with many functions and options. The improvements suggested would make the watch even better.

I’m really impressed with this smartwatch for the price. The ability to make and receive calls directly from the watch is very convenient, especially when I don’t have my phone in hand. The health tracking features are a big plus — heart rate, blood pressure, sleep tracking, and oxygen monitoring all work well and give helpful insights throughout the day. It’s perfect if you want to stay on top of your fitness and overall health. The battery life is solid and lasts several days on a single charge. The display is clear, responsive, and easy to navigate. It’s also comfortable to wear all day. Overall, this is a great all-in-one smartwatch that offers a lot of features without breaking the bank. Definitely worth it!

This is my 3rd FitVII smart watch. I scratched up the face of my first watch after several years and ordered a second one. Recently, I lost the charge cord and contacted the company to be sure I purchased the correct one. Once it came, my 8 month-old-watch wouldn’t charge higher than 20% before the watch went dead completely. I notified the company, asking for any troubleshooting suggestions and they immediately sent me a brand new watch replacement!! I didn’t ask for that, but it was something the company offered free!! What awesome customer service!! I’ll be a customer for life!! The new watch is working great, so glad to have a functional watch again. Today I ordered multiple watch screen protectors and a kit of multiple stretch watch band replacements. Looking forward to their arrival tomorrow!! Thank you to FitVII Smart Watch!!!

Having used several name-brand fitness trackers in the past, I was genuinely impressed by the performance of this FitVII model. It offers a premium look and feel that rivals much more expensive devices, and the interface is sharp and customizable. The setup was straightforward, and syncing it with my smartphone to receive notifications and answer calls worked seamlessly right out of the box. While the housing is slightly thicker than some competitors, it is not bulky, and the design is comfortable enough to wear all day and night. The battery life is another major plus, as I am getting nearly a week of use on a single hour-long charge, which is significantly better than my previous smartwatch. The health monitoring capabilities are the standout feature of this device. I compared the heart rate and blood pressure readings against dedicated medical devices at home, and the accuracy was pleasantly surprising. The sleep tracking is detailed, capturing even short naps, and the step counter has been reliable for my daily activities. I appreciate that I can sweat heavily during workouts or wash dishes without worrying about water damage. Additionally, the customer service team is exceptionally responsive. They were quick to answer technical questions regarding the step algorithms and are eager to resolve any hardware concerns, making this tracker an incredible value for the money.

Bought two (2) of these for Christmas 2025. Gave one to my sister, kept other for myself. Great product! We make a competition out of number of steps we take daily! (Both over 70.) I have experienced charging issues occasionally, but cleaning tge contacts always resolved and charging completed. However, last week I attempted to charge and nothing I've done has resolved and allowed charging. I even bought new charging cords thinking that may be the problem. But no, the watch will not recharge. Never wore watch in water and no drops that I can recall. I really like the product, but hate that I only got 4 months use out if it. If I ever reorder, I will get extended warranty and keep all original packaging and instructions. Without those, it appears replacement or repair is impossible.

The item has a long battery life, it takes a minute to charge and when charged lasts well into 5-6 days without battery saving mode turned on. It is a lightweight, nice sized dial not overly large like Samsung watches. It connects and stays connected. I mainly purchased the watch to monitor blood pressure. After entering readings from a BP cuff it is accurate. There is a personal mode and relies on readings from a cuff or however else you get readings from. It uses this data as a baseline, calibration, for further readings. It is accurate when I compared the readings. I am disappointed it does not read glucose levels like the previous version did. The display quality is also not as good but is still descent. When charging it shows it's being charged for like 30seconds then goes blank. I have to enter settings to see how much it is charged and the magnetic cord comes loose easily. Other than that it is a good watch for the money.

NOT GOOD AS ADVERTISED

I initially believed I was purchasing a Fitbit product, but it turned out not to be one. The watch required downloading a companion app developed and operated overseas, which raised data privacy concerns for me. Because of that, I chose to return the watch. I can’t fairly review its performance, but the device itself looked sleek and felt lightweight.
