I LOVE THESE PRETZELS❣️ I had gastric sleeve surgery and am always looking for higher protein foods and I don’t feel guilty eating these with a meal instead of breads or for snacking. I love the taste - they’re almost addictive! They sit well with my sensitive tummy, I love the crunch and they’re nearly dessert! I am buying more!

These vegan pretzels taste really good and have a nice overall flavor. However, they’re a little crunchier than expected, which makes them less enjoyable to snack on over time. Still a solid option if you like a firmer pretzel texture.

Great tasting pretzels and you are getting some great protein when you eat it. There is a lot of product in each bag so eating half or a quarter of the bag is plenty for a snack.

One bag is equal to 20 grams of protein. The problem is there are THREE servings per 3 ounce bag, so to get 20 grams of protein you need to consume all three servings at about 380-400 calories total. There are better options that 1) taste better in my opinion, and 2) are far lower calorie. As to taste, these are very drying in the mouth and you will have to drink water to swallow it. The flavor is good however.

Wow. That's all I can say. 1st of all i don't like protein taste or the grittyness that it sometimes leaves. But these don't tase like protein at all! They taste like regular pretzels(and the pizza flavor reminds me of pizza goldfish) I'm not a big salty person but I can get down with these. I was sick of eating snacks and eating too much of it then feeling sick but not satisfied but with these I satisfied my craving and with only 1/4 of the bag(there's a good amount in the bag) I will totally be trying more of this brand(definitely the sweets though lol) and the price is great for a box of 8 bags this was a steal! Which makes it even better to get good protein and feel full without spending ridiculous money like usual with protein snacks! Update. I can't stop eating these! Idk how they got so much flavor to stay on the pretzels but I'm addicted. The flavor is so good and the crunch of the pretzels is so satisfying. I've eaten a bag everyday so far and I think its my new hyperfixation food(but its better for me then what I used to eat lol)

So I was happy with the size of the bags, or at least the amount in each one, but the price is still pretty high so you should be getting a decent amount. Normally, if you put a bag of pretzels in front of me, I will destroy half the bag. There is something about the dried bread flavor with that perfect amount of salt. I bought the "everything bagel" ones, and while the flavor is accurate if you've tried an everything bagel or everything bagel seasoning, something just tastes a little off with them. I find it hard to finish a bag. The texture and crunch is pretty good, I'd say not a whole lot different from your average bagged pretzels, but I just don't find them all that enjoyable. Now, I've tried A LOT of different protein snacks, and I'd say these are on the better side of the spectrum, but if you are like me and have tried a lot of the options out there, you know that's hardly high praise. I also feel like they leave a strange taste in your mouth. It's hard to judge them too hard because like I said, there aren't many options for high protein snacks and as far as I know there are the only protein pretzels out there. Edit - decided to give them another chance and got the pizza flavor. I like these much more and they are cheaper than the everything bagel ones. I raised them from 3 to 4 stars.

SO lecker! Wer gerne Salzstangen oder Salzbrezeln vor dem Fernseher snackt, erhält hier eine gute Alternative. Wer nach einem kalorienarmen oder salzarmen Produkt sucht, wird hier allerdings nicht fündig.

I tried all the flavors. The other ones are really not my thing. The everything bagel flavour tastes like a mouth of garlic, just a warning. But oh my goodness these pizza ones? Delicious! Please take the bag away. There’s quite a bit of seasoning so they really burst with flavor. You can still feel and taste the protein powder but that’s to be expected. Mixed with the crunchiness of the pretzels You can barely tell. I would just suggest keeping a cup or a bottle of your favourite beverage beside you, because they are a little dry due to the protein powder. I love eating a small bowl of these duringmovie night! They give me a boost of protein, my nutritionist wants me to gain some more muscle and fat. I’m only about 75 pounds and I’m extremely short. So hopefully these protein snacks will give me the push I need! 10 out of 10 delicious protein pretzels. Definitely recommend the pizza flavor!
