This is my first electric toothbrush, and I’m genuinely impressed! It came with both a regular and a sensitive brush head, so I tried both. After testing them, I found the sensitive brush head works perfectly for me—very gentle yet effective. The regular one is also good, but the sensitive option feels just right. Overall, a great product and definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

These are more hard and tough than the normal, and it’s different quality, than the one i have, which i use again, cuz this is super hard even after i waited for while maybe will loose in, but it didn’t.

Be sure you buy the right heads. I accidently bought these but should have bought the IO ones. My bad!! Anyway the IO heads that I (correctly) bought afterwards are excellent hence the 5 stars for these items

Much better than the classic ones. My gums are quite sensitive, and this made a real difference. I only wished they were a tad cheaper and in more diverse versions (more levels of softness/hardness)

I made the mistake on ordering cheap knock offs. And wow.. what a difference. These heads are soft but cleans my teeth well and it doesn’t leave my gums sore. Great value for the money, don’t buy the cheap knock offs.

If you want a gentle yet thorough clean, especially for sensitive gums or post-treatment care, this brush head is ideal. It’s comfortable, effective, and backed by Oral-B’s reputation for quality. Highly recommended for everyday use Gentle on gums – high density of ultra-soft bristles reduces irritation. X-shaped bristles – designed to clean hard-to-reach spots for a thorough clean. The only Cons is that the softer bristles may wear out faster than standard heads.
