Pleased with purchase
Excellent quality, came intact and tightly wrapped and packaged. Easy to set up. Excellent quality for the price. Great performance and function. Has a touch screen but use an mouseOnly negative comment would be the screen is small. Will be purchasing a monitor.

Seller misleads on battery life. Otherwise a good laptop
Seller says that battery lasts 7 hours. That's if you have the screen dimmed all the way, no WIFI, no video, music, etc. i.e.almost in sleep mode. If you use WIFI and only are surfing the Net or writing a term paper, count on 3-4 hours. This is NOT a good laptop if you are wanting to take to school and study. Edit: other than that, it is a pretty good laptop, crisp snappy keys, good storage size, bright screen. If the seller had told the truth about the battery life I would have rated this a 5.

Great computer
Computer was delivered on time from Amazon and was in perfect brand new condition. Did not take me very long to set up. I was replacing my old dell with windows 10. Computer was exactly as described. Great memory, speed and battery life is excellent. Great price for a great computer

Dell and Amazon the worst!
I bought this laptop in July by November it failed. It showed an unusual screen and would not turn on or respond to anything. I contacted Dell and they suggested brining it to my local UbreakIfix and authorized repair center. After about 2 weeks they did nothing and I retrieved it and sent it it to Dell direct. After another 2-3 weeks I get an email from Dell that it is not covered because of something related to an incorrect SSD drive? And they said I should call Amazon. Bottom line this is the worst possible service from a company I trusted. I am still awaiting another call back from Dell but I have little hope that Dell will meet their commitment and actually fix my computer. I would buy from any firm other than Dell or Amazon when it comes to laptops An update it turns out the reseller used by Amazon, Best Deal Electronic prior to posting this computer replaced the .5TB SSD with an off brand 1TB SSD that caused both my motherboard and SSD to fail. They did a bait and switch with inferior parts. Shame on both Amazon and Best Deal Electronics. Their switcheroo cost me about $200 to get it fixed by Dell. AND NOW I ONLY JAVE A 0.5SSD NOT the 1TB I paid for!

Dell Inspiration Touchscreen Laptop , Excellent laptop ,plenty of storage space and fast star up and the touch screen is a bonus. The battery life is extraordinary is a grate choice for a non-gaming applications. Its exceptional boot-up speed and strong performance for it price. This is a top-notch product! Its well designed, easy to use, and really delivers on its promises. I`m verry happy with my purchase.
