It works fine, but not the same as the one pictured in the advertisement
This 5v 2A adaptor works perfectly fine to power my wife's mini media player that came with a 2 pin plug, but the one sent isn't the same as the one pictured on Amazon by the seller (left picture with my thumb is what I received, and the other picture is the sellers picture....but I'll let that pass as it does the job fine anyway.

I used this new power cable to fire up my handheld colour TV with free view on it Had I not found this plug I was going to throw the TV away but Now I can use it again in the house outside and in the car Well worth spending the ££ on the plug to reuse a favourite item of mine Thank You.
