These were a game changer for me.
These look dorky as can be, but it’s possibly the very best purchase I’ve made in ages. The wind slammed a heavy door on my fingers, and nothing worked as well at soothing them as these little blue wonders. I was unsure what the product would be like considering there are quite a few negative reviews. Despite the reports of many others, I found them quite cold even when worn over a nitrile glove, and they definitely stayed cold enough to make a difference for over 15 minutes, which is longer than you should be icing at a stretch anyway. I used them multiple times a day for well over a month, and they’re still in great shape- zero leakage or deterioration. They are soft, flexible, durable, and easy to use. I have not tried to use them for heat, so can’t report on that.

Heat in 10 second intervals only + Wrap your finger with a finger sock or cloth
These are OK, but the heat doesn't last long. The instructions say microwave for a minute, but that seemed a tad too much, so I did it for 10 secs (1000w) and it was too hot. You will need a finger sock or cloth to wrap around your finger so you can use it. With this, the heat lasts for 6-7 minutes only.

Cold, but not for long.
I had surgery on my pinkie.Was looking for something easy for icing.They are soft and flexible, but only cool for about 5-10 minutes.Wish they would last longer.

Finger support
I sprained my thumb and saw these online. I read the reviews so decided to give them a try. I will agree with some of the reviewer's when they say it doesn't stay cold very long but it's still very supportive and stays cold for maybe 10 minutes after taking it out the freezer. It doesn't leak and it is perfect for my finger. Its a quality product in my opinion. What I also tried was spraying water from my spray bottle in the center of both the thumb supports and then put them in the freezer for a few hours. When I used one it did feel colder, I didn't feel any water or leaks so I'll continue to spray a little water inside until my thumb heals. It works for me 👍🏼
