Are the three different colors different resistant levels and if so which color is which level?

Yes, each color represents a different resistance level. The light green color is the least resistance, the blue color is medium resistance and the orange color is the most resistance. As an aside, I really like these hand/finger grip strengtheners because they are well made, easy to use and are handy to have when needed. I use them every day and have noticed a tremendous improvement in the strength of both hands.

How about the quality of the finger exerciser, will it break? and how long have you been using it?

Yes, they are very durable. This hand grip strengthener is recommended by my fitness trainers. I ordered it 3 times on Amazon last year, but they all broke in a week and some are expensive. Until I found them, their hand grip strengthener’s quality really good. It was similar to rubber bands, with very high elasticity. I have been using it for half a year, they still work, no break.

Will this help strenghten my very weak wrists? (I suffered severe sprains on both wrist they're "healed" now but still feel weak)

You're better off training what connects and aids the wrist. Do farmers walks with dumbbells, a weight that you can barely hold for 30 seconds and walk with it until your hands drop it. Do 2 sets of this a week. The trick is for laziness and low tolerance for pain not to influence the drop, the hands must be the ones to drop the weight. It's also a great exercise for the entire body. You're welcome. Yes, this is 100% guaranteed to work and you'll see why the first time you attempt it.

Endurance Builders!

The Pnrskter Finger and Hand Grip Strengthener arrived with six pieces for progressing to more resistant levels as needed. The EASIEST LEVEL helps me increase my finger, hand, and wrist strength... just be sure not to do too many stretches at first! The photo shows how easy it is for me to fit each finger and thumb into the Grip Strengthener and begin doing the stretches! The most important thing for rehab is showing up and being consistent! Try using the Pnrskter Finger and Hand Grip Strengthener when watching a video, listening to music, or talking on the phone!

Too strong for me.

Fine if your hand is strong enough. Even the lightest device was too strong for me. I'd need about 3 lbs but can't find them on Amazon.

Broken After 2 Months

Worked great at first, however the 6.6lb band has already broken apart after 2 months of use.

Very convenient and effective hand exerciser.

Nice little therapy exercisers. I saw that some therapists were recommending guitarists stretch your fingers outward against a rubber band to relieve the chronic overuse pain that some guitarists get (usually in the thumb joint) from constantly gripping the guitar neck (contraction only), These are nicer than rubber bands, and even the weakest one is strong enough to give the theeraputic effect of using the opposite muscles a little bit. It really works.
