Very comfortable and truly does what it promises. The absorbency is outstanding — it keeps you dry all day with no leaks, even during extended use. Use these every night a good product but 2 flaws: the worst flaw is that the leg material cause a lot of irritation, morphing into extreme sensitivity and itchiness, the brief also leaks down the leg occasionally, but overall fit better and is more comfortable.

Wish I could give this product TEN stars. It is terrific in every category. I've tried many brands. I'm an 83 year old woman with severe incontinence problems due to weakness. I don't feel comfortable peeing in my diapers-so I get up to pee. However, I HATE it when my diapers are wet, and I'm too tired to change them. I usually add one or two boosters which I remove each time I pee so I will stay dry. This diaper can absorb more pee than any other that I have tried. As a result I can use fewer boosters. They also do not smell-AND they don't have a strong irritating perfume. Next the fit. Most diapers/underwear/pants are REALLY uncomfortable. I need a high rise because otherwise the waistband presses against my bladder and is super irritating. These diapers are quite stretchy and feel soft. They don't leave marks on my skin. I could probably wear them during the day because they are not bulky.

The fit is excellent, and the fabric is comfortable. I appreciate that the package was fitted into a plain cardboard box.

These are comfortable and work fairly well but the XXL sizing runs small by about 6", unfortunately.
