Good for migraine reduction
Purchased after GP recommended B12 400mg for migraine prevention. Its near impossible in the UK to find this dose of B12 in one capsule (most places only do 100mg capsules at most). I was nervous buying "drugs" online but my migraine severity has reduced so I am sure it works! Coated capsules are easy to swallow and don't perish. Warning though- a side effect of a high dose of B12 is that your urine will quite literally turn neon. Like mountain dew. Do not be alarmed, this is normal, if not slightly unnerving the first time. This will return to normal within 48 hours of not having any.

Easy to take
Been taking these a little while now. Easy enough to swallow, the internet wasn’t kidding though when it said that B2 turns your pee neon yellow! Just make sure you’re drinking plenty. The size of the tablet really isn’t bad at all compared to some of what I take. Can’t say I’ve noticed a strong smell or anything like that. Hoping I’ll feel the benefits of taking it soon, I’ve largely bought it for potential migraine prevention.

Reducción de la migraña
Tomo una cápsula por las noches antes de dormir, y los episodios de migraña se han reducido drásticamente, y si acaso me da, suelen ser muy leves. A mi me van de maravilla estas cápsulas. Es importante que sean de 400mg, pues es la dosis recomendada a tomar para la migraña.
