I’m 65 discovered Real Salt in UT in the mid 80s. Been using it ever since. I salt EVERTHING , I love salt. I can’t use regular salt anymore I actually taste the difference. And at 65 NO HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. At my physical Dr said “you’re probably on a low salt diet right?” …ha no I’m on a HIGH SALT DIET 💥🤛! I told him my Redmond story. Life changing stuff, enjoy 🍕 I use the Fine and Medium Kosher not the course. Great value the 26oz lasts me couple of months. Grind is consistent and looks like high mineral content. Read their website there’s a lot of good information on why it’s healthy. One thing is when you make the switch from crappy table salt you will notice it’s less salty. Power through it’s only a few meals and you’ll never notice you switched salts. Go back and you’ll notice how nasty table salt is. And yes I have tried every salt under the sun I like Redmonds better than all the pink Himalayan salt you see everywhere.

Great Salt, Fresh, and tastes great

This is by far my fav salt for vegetables. It sticks very well to potatoes, fries, corn, cucumbers, etc. Has that very distinct and tasty flavour that is simply one of a kind. It is not moist like sea salt, much more of a dry salt.. but to me it tastes also much better than other dry/pink salts as well. It's expensive, but for me it's worth every dollar.

great tasting natural salt

I switched to Redmond Real Sea Salt and really like it. The flavor is clean and well-balanced, not overly salty, and it makes a noticeable difference when cooking or seasoning food. I appreciate that it’s unrefined and comes from a natural source, and I like knowing it still contains trace minerals. It dissolves well, whether I’m using it while cooking or sprinkling it on food at the table. A little goes a long way, and the texture is perfect for everyday use. This has easily become my go-to salt, and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing it.

I love Redmond Real Sea Salt! I love the fact that is is from the USA and sourced ethically (unlike some Himalayan pink salts)! This is now my go to salt for everyday use. The price is about the same as the grocery store here (in Canada) so being able to order online and have it come to my door when I need it is great. I'm sure buying in larger quantities would be more cost effective but unfortunately being in Canada freight would be too much! Would 100% recommend for anyone!

Nothing but salt, no extras, chemicals or additives. Just clean salt.
