The pop-up “tent” is very easy to open. Just get it out of the bag, unfold it and place on your head. The neat thing about it is that by placing it on your head, your hands are free to use. It’s a cylinder shape so once it’s on your head, the “walls” are equidistant from your body. Your hands are free to either change clothes, use a portable toilet or urine gel bag. There is a pocket inside the “wall” to place light stuff like a wad of tissue paper. Once it’s on your head, there is clearance on the bottom if you are standing up. So the height covered is around 4 feet. It’s very easy to store. It collapses to a flat object, then (if you are familiar with storing collapsible car window shades) you bend it into a figure of eight and place inside its storage bag. In terms of weight, it is light that you can place it in your backpack to use when hiking. The material is relatively opaque. But if you have a light source inside the “tent“, your silhouette is visible (like most tents). I would recommend this product particularly for: 1. females who want to have privacy while peeing when hiking in exposed areas. 2. elderly people to keep in their car who experience some incontinence when going on long road trips. 3, changing clothes with less exposure versus changing inside the car. Not sure how sturdy it will be since I just got the product. I will update this review after some use.

WORKS GREAT! Hangs from your head, not free-standing.
Perfect! Bought as a privacy tent for a portable bucket toilet. Easy to store- double fold it back into a figure 8 to get it back in its storage bag easily. It lets plenty of light in and it's roomy enough for changing clothes, etc. I'm 5'6"... this thing doesn't go all the way to the ground if I'm standing up but that's Ok. It does not stand up on its own. You put it on your head like a hat and the fabric hangs from there for privacy.

Great for ball games and fold up bag chairs!
These work great for kids ball games. Sprayed mine with scotchguard and now it’s rain proof. It works like a hat. Just sits on your head and it curtains down all around you. They fit perfectly over the regular size fold up bag chairs when you sit in one. Keep the wind, sun, rain away! These are great! Highly reccomend!

I'm so glad someone made a Sitting Size Privacy Tent but it needs improvements
I've been needing a Privacy Tent of this Size for my Van. To create a pop up bathroom. All the Standing Size ones are too Tall to be usable in my Van. So they get Crazy Props for making this in the first place. However, i find it has some flaws that need to be corrected. Firstly, the carry bag is only big enough to fit it unopened. Once you open it and try to put it back in it doesn't fit. It's a struggle just to get it to slide back in, but on top of that it won't zip back up because now the tent just takes up more space. Make the carry bag a little bigger. Big enough to fit the tent after its been opened. Next, the Loop on the carry bag is only big enough to fit 1 finger in. That makes it both more difficult to carry and near impossible to hang when you need to set up your tent. Thirdly, if you can't find a spot to hang the tent and you need to wear it on your head, it swings around while you're trying to do whatever it is you need to do in the tent. So it would be most helpful if somehow the tent could stand up on its own. Even if that means it comes with rods or something to insert to support it. *And most importantly, While the Viewslide / Vent is useful, it would be better and a little safer if it was optional. If there were a cover we could put on and take off from the inside. Because if we can see out, others can look in. Making this a Not So Private Tent. The Pros are that this is a great size, it's small enough to fit in a Van and big enough that you can sit or crouch and still have privacy. It's pretty darn roomy inside, regarding width. Definitely wide enough to put a portable toilet inside of and use. And it does fold up small enough to pack well and carry. It's not very heavy either. This can easily be carried in a backpack. Black is also a good color for using inconspicuously at night. (Green would be another useful color for use during the day. ) The loop on the tent is a pretty good Size. Small enough to prevent too much swing, big enough to find a good Size branch to hang it on. Ive hung it on a twig size branch and it worked with no issue. If the height could be adjusted through the loop that would be even better. Because the lowest branch i could find made the bottom of the tent 1 foot off the ground. The material seems durable enough to get at least 1 season use out of this. And the opacity is good. I haven't tested this against bright lights yet but at first glance it appears to be pretty opaque. Just remember that Viewslide is easy to look into from the Outside. You might want to somehow block it before using. I know alot of people in this day and age don't care about anyone's Privacy, and that we are all sinking deeper and deeper into Dystopia, but some of us still care about our Privacy and the Privacy of our Loved Ones. We still care about our Human Rights and the Rights of others. So if Privacy is a real concern to you like it is to me, beware of the Viewer at the top of the tent.

No door?
I just assumed that there would be a door. There isn’t one. You’d have to lift it up to get out of it which is a ridiculous design. And maybe it’s just me but i hate the way you have to fold it up to put it away. Not happy with it.

It doesn't stand up on its own
This does not stand up on its own. Its designed to put on your head and cover you which is do-able but wierd

Saved me from U.P. Michigan Mosquitoes
TL;DR: Great for backpacking trips! Full disclosure, I bought this as a joke not knowing I would actually find it extremely useful. My friends and I take a yearly week long backpacking trip to the porcupine mountains in Michigan's U.P. We camp at backwoods campsites that have no bathrooms or shelters of any sort, so you have to walk into the woods to find a spot to use the bathroom. The bugs up there during spring and early summer are INSANE. I have gone many times and one thing I've learned is that bug spray will not save you. What does save you is long sleeves and bugnetting. Going #2 in the woods has always been a pleasant and refreshing experience in my opinion...but not in the height of mosquito season when your bare behind is exposed to every biting fly in the vicinity as you squat over a cat hole. This thing kept those pesky mosquitos off me so well that I'm convinced this will be in my pack on every summer backpacking trip for years to come. One more thing that was nice about this. Every camp site we had on our July trip this year was near a swimming hole, so I was changing in and out of swim trunks a lot. I hung up a clothes line between two trees and clipped this thing onto it so it was hanging down just low enough for me to step under it and change without flashing the entire campsite. Even without the clothesline I could totally just wear it on my head and change, and I did that a couple times. Works well.

Inner city/populated construction areas.
Cant believe im writing this but... this is a perfect solution if you work construction in urban or populated areas that dont always offer porta johns. A bucket, trash bag, and this hat tent privacy thing... done. This stays in the service truck now and is used weekly. Side of the road, alley way, next to the truck... put this on and you just looks like a black barrel sitting next there. Downtown areas where a public restroom isnt readily availible. The hat solved a problem in a very convenient way.

Buono
Comodo da usare anche senza appenderlo. All'interno c è una taschina portaoggetti ed è oscurato.

The privacy tent to be able to dress in is good I haven't been out on a trip yet.
The privacy tent was exactly how I had seen on a utube programme very good. I haven't been away yet . I did see how it fits over my head.

Utilidad
La idea muy buena, el producto es demasiado transparente, es una pena porque sería muy útil si no lo fuera y para mi gusto un poco grande. Si hubiera otro tamaño a elegir sería estupendo
