Used this for fasting for about 3 days and the flavor by itself is actually pretty good. It curbed my appetite for the most part. It's good quality and not full of extra crap so it is a little expensive but worth it.

I’ve acquired a taste for the broth. Time will tell if it helps me lose weight. Beware! As others have indicated, the package is impossible to get into. You will lose half the broth down the sink, making the broth twice as expensive as anticipated.Added comment: Kettle & Fire immediately contacted me about their packaging. They actually have a You Tube video on how to open the carton. Since my negative comments were about the packaging and not the broth, I have given them five stars, for both the broth and outstanding customer service.

I’m drinking this because I became very ill after the Pfizer vaccine. Several doctors & Dietition’s have recommended the item to stay hydrated & other things I cannot recall. It’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I will also cook with this item for soups it adds a lot more flavor than other boxed stocks. I would highly recommend.

I use it straight out of the carton mainly with soups. I plan to purchase it again.

I bought the bone broth for health reasons and convenience. It tastes great.
