Lifesaver
My cat unfortunately has an extremely sensitive stomach, as soon as we moved him to adult cat food, no matter what we give him his loose is almost always loose, which also affects his appetite and he would eat way less.I started giving him this in his food, one scoop daily and his stool is much firmer now and his appetite has also completely been restored and he screams at me whenever his hungry again, never thought I’d miss that so much.I don’t think there’s much of a smell; at least when I scoop it out I can’t smell anything. It’s a find powder so it must be soft, my cat eats it up no problems so that’s perfect.I think the quality is fine; it does what i wanted it to do and that’s what mattered to me, especially since my cat is back to normal ever since we started adding this to his food.Definitely recommend this product, it made my cats life so much better.

Dog and IBD
Needed something for dog who has IBD to firm up stools but must not contain any animal protein!Plus it has to have pre/pro probecties as well to help good Bactria in tummy. This ticked all boxesBut as the dog is on steroids and antibiotics it can not be given at same time .Lucky the dog gets feed 3 times daily little and often so powder goes in supper . Had this a week now and have seen some improvement in stools but dog is fussy and don’t think he likes the taste of the powder so might look into getting some empty vegan capsules to put powder in ! But over all not bad powder but a think to note my dog has wet and dry mixed and 2 scoops for a 30kg dog could go to 3 scoops but left it a 2 dry food would just go to bottom of dish so hence wet is better for the powder unless put in empty capsules

Amazing!
My 1 year old cat Lola always seems to have a poorly tummy now and then including vomiting, she’s had blood tests and they’ve come back clear and urine tests. The vet’s give her prebiotics, however they’re not that great mixing in wet food, so Lola didn’t touch her food.I brought this prebiotic when Lola’s stomach had recovered and it’s brought me good things ever since! Lola’s litter tray is so much easier to scoop and clean. The Pets Purest prebiotic powder is a dream as it mixes in to wet food so easily as I sprinkle the powder on Lola’s food, then add warm water and mix, then I add a more luxury cat food on top which is all demolished!I see some reviews complaining about the price, however it totally beats having to make the expensive trip to the vet, to get the anti sickness vaccine, their prebiotic pills, as well as paying the consultation fee which amounts to hundreds. £13 odd is nothing compared to the vets!I would definitely buy this again and again it is worth it.I give 1/2 a teaspoon once a day mixed in with Lola’s wet food. For those complaining on the size of this container: if you were to get a full pack of vet prebiotics that usuallly come in capsules which you have to open and sprinkle on your pets food, it’s around £30 for 180 pills. If I was to empty those pills in this container, I bet it wouldn’t even fill the container, so I believe Pets Purest is better value for money as well as having better mixability!I read a review saying you get a scoop at the bottom, but I didn’t, it doesn’t make a difference to my review though, still 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not sure if it’s helpful for my cat
Bought for gut health for my cat however I don’t think it’s helping as much as other feline probiotic products. It’s well priced and good quality however.

Helped my two cats digestion issue!
Both of my cats had digestive issues recently. Our Sukhi never had much issues but now and then she did, Our Raja never had it but recently hadn't poo'd for 5 days. So I started to use this product. Initially they both rejected it but adjusting the amount they got used to it. It helped both of them and the result is good solid poo. Raja's first poo was rock took a while but he persevered and it worked thank God. Pysllium is well know for constipation issues for humans. Now it is a regular morning pinch along with drop for worming for each bowl and hope it is keeping the digestion in good form.

Didn't do anything
Have been adding this to my kittens food in the morning everyday for about a week now as she has been having mild diarrhoea. It has made absolutely no difference to her stools. There was no scoop provided with this product which has made it difficult to portion.
