Both movies nicely presented, the second by far the better of the two. Worth watching!
Both movies were nicely presented but for my own personal taste the second movie where a young real estate agent has to deal with the problems and quirky behavior of a resident ghost, was by far the most entertaining. However, both are worth watching!

Happy to see Arielle Kebbel on Hallmark
Big fan of Arielle Kebbel since John Tucker Must Die and The Uninvited. This was a good vehicle for her comedy and dramatic skills with good chemistry between the stars. Also liked the Native American connection to the story. Was surprised to really like Bed Bath and Ghost which was mainly due to the effervescent performance of Madeleine Arthur from Snowpiercer. Enjoy!!!!

Typical Hallmark With a Twist
Love in the Smoky Mountaiins was the usual happy-ending for everyone Hallmark movie. It deserved 4 stars, although the scenery was beautiful. On the other hand, 3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost had an interesting twist that made it a step above the typical (but enjoyable) Hallmark fare of "happily ever after." A realtor cannot sell her listing due to a ghost with an agenda. I really enjoyed seeing how it all played out.

DVD came on time and in new condition as expected. Lovely movies. Nice to have them together.

we really liked 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 1 ghost, would give that one a 5 star.... the other one was okay.
