I've been using Juvia daily for a few months now, and I honestly could not live without it. I add a tablespoon to my breakfast and that's it! Oh, and if I know I'm going to eat a bready meal in the evening like pizza, I'll have a spoonfull about 20 mins before. the difference is huge. No way could I eat pizza without it. I was a bit sceptical before I tried this, but the product was recommended by a friend so I thought I would give it a go. Once the bottles arrived, it was easy to get started. I think it tastes quite nice and it isn't hard to introduce into a daily routine. It took a little while before I noticed any changes, but I am glad I stuck with with because the changes did come. Since taking this, I can now eat foods I love which before I had to avoid. Now I am the one recommending it!
