I’ve had the chocolate and vanilla before and love them both but the strawberry banana was a pleasant surprise. Wasn’t expecting to even like it but it’s yummy! I think OWYN is the very best vegan premade shake! It doesn’t have an aftertaste or grit to it.

The good: They taste pretty good. The vanilla and chocolate are the best. Good amount of protein and I like they are dairy free plant based. The bad: The strawberry tastes like kids bubblegum toothpaste, not great. And, they are frustratingly difficult to open.

I’ve tried numerous non dairy protein shakes due to allergies. These are the absolute BEST ones I have found. They’re not “delicious” by any means but they’re certainly tolerable and even good! Texture is SUPURB. Not grainy or thick whatsoever. Strawberry banana tastes like bubble gum but not bad. Chocolate is a favorite.

I’m a very adventurous eater. There’s not many tastes I can’t handle. This shake, however, is one of them. The strawberry & vanilla flavors are aIl so gross to me. I can’t even get through 1/2 of one before throwing it out. Artificial mixed with yuck. Edited to add: the strawberry and banana flavor is pretty good! I was easily able to drink all of it in 1 sitting

The strawberry flavor leaves a unpleasant tingling sensation on your tongue. The ingredients may be clean and they didn't leave me dying for thirst, but I can't get over the flavor.. The vanilla was more tolerable, but you're better off just sticking to Oikos shakes.

Tastes great. Good quality. Kinda pricey.

I bought OWYN (Only What You Need) not only to get more protein in my diet, but to be able to have it immediately after my workouts without having to prepare anything. I got the variety pack of Strawberry/Banana, Dark Chocolate, and Smooth Vanilla. I enjoyed the chocolate and vanilla drinks more than the strawberry/banana, but I'd be happy to have any of the three in my fridge. Sometimes bottles with this type of wrapping are difficult to open because the perforations aren't complete, but these ones are pretty easy to rip. The inside foil cover is also easy to remove because there is enough of a tail to grip and pull off. These shakes are plant based and are a great option for people who are lactose intolerant. They are much better tasting than some other lactose free drinks that I have tried. If I didn't know beforehand that they didn't contain milk, I wouldn't have guessed it. It's so nice being able to have a protein shake without my stomach hurting afterwards!
