The product worked better than I expected. It took about an hour to kick in, but when it did, I was heading to the restroom often for the first few hours, and kept on for the afternoon, on a normal schedule. It works for getting rid of water. That is the good. The not so good, or unexpected affect was, that I felt I had drank 15 cups of heavily caffeinated coffee. This in itself lost the product a star. Not sure if this is normal, so I checked my blood pressure ( I am 65 years young) and it was completely normal (118/80) . Pulse was normal at 90. I feel, I can use this when I need it. Would love to hear from the MFG. on this side effect, but overall happy.

I use dandelion along with milk thistle to help keep a good functioning liver.Pros- Detoxes the liver. I believe this helps to flush the kidneys as well. Acts like a water pill on me. Everyone should take dandelion in my opinion. (Check with your Dr first)Cons- Seems like a good brand. I tend to switch brands from time to time just so tolerance doesn't build up. Works for me.Overall- Yes I would recommend this product to everyone who wants to keep their liver in tip top shape.

Safe effective good for you. Helps with certain undetlying causes of illness. Husbands numbers on PSA DROPPED TO NORMAL.

I take 2 a day before lunch and have no problems sleeping. I am breastfeeding and haven’t noticed my almost 5 month old pooping more than usual. This has helped me with bloating and having a bowel movement, as I’ve been struggling since baby #4. I also have arthritis which I’ve struggled for 6 years and have noticed a sort of relief when I’m working out since I used to be in a lot of pain and gave up working out my legs. Would recommend especially since it’s better than drinking the dandelion root tea all day.

I do not really know about the “flavor” but I bought these to get in more vitamin b12. I am a breast feeding mom and also vegan so I have to make sure I am getting enough b12 in to give to my baby. The pediatrician suggested dandelion root and though I’ve not tested my b12 levels before or after using this I feel confident it is a good product. I enjoy that the capsules are vegan as well!
