Great rope. Buy the longest one you can for the space you have available.

These are great for beginning or starting back up doing HIIT training. Good grips and it may not sound heavy but trust me after 30 seconds over and over it will get you to exhaustion. I didn’t go fullThrottle with the longest because I want to be able to do the full workout for now and build strength. I attached mine to a tree in the backyard. Works good.

I was looking for something besides dumbbells for upper body workouts at home and read about battle ropes being good for strength and aerobics. Holy Enchilada, batman! I originally had these wrapped around a kitchen table leg(family rebelled) but have since moved them to the garage where I installed the anchor(thank you, stud finder.) It comes with a booklet full of exercises, but I usually set a timer and slap the dookies out of the garage floor for 5-10 minutes, chanting the names of my enemies, their offspring and pets. Upper arms and core are getting nicely toned. Impressed my son at the gym with my mad skillz.

I LOVE this product! It’s a great accessory to your home gym. I use it for my total body or shoulder day. Keep in mind that it doesn’t work if you don’t use it. Keep the intensity up and have a great workout!

Simply having the package on my porch burned 400 calories and increased my fitness. No seriously- I researched a bit- for the price, with the anchor, and the sheathed rope, this seems to be one of the better deals on amazon. Used it 5 times this week. Smoked. Holds up. I'm 6'5 230lbs never battle roped before and I got the 40ft 1.5 dia one and Its a smoker. I am so glad I didn't get the 2 in one. I probably couldn't even make it. I am somewhat athletic, but this thing is a whole new level. Loving it. Hope it holds up. seems to be doing great after 5 workouts.

I purchased them during the COVID period. I wanted something to do at the house since the gyms were closed. Now that the gyms are open, I still use them at home for a quick shoulder and cardio type of workout. Great purchase.

Good to have for stamina training. I love sports and focus on building muscles. The battle rope is very convenience to hook up and use, I put it into my garage and use it on a daily basis, the weight and handle are perfect for me. I would suggest it to all sports lovers.
