This tea has do e wonders for my blood pressure. I was in the upper ranges for about a year or so...started this tea about 3 months ago and have been consistently in the 120's/77-84 range now. Along WITH lifestyle changes to eating habits and walking 3x a week, drinking this twice a day has change my life.

I like the taste of this tea and it makes me feel good.

Not sure how/if it's working as I've only been using it 2 weeks. As a hot tea the taste is a bit strong however as iced tea it's good. I brew 2 tea bags in a cup of boiling water and when that is cooled I add ice and cold water. It lasts me half a day and is a substitute for my bottled water that I drink all day. I like the added flavor to the water. Blood pressure is good however I've been working on other techniques so not sure which is really helping.
