Differin Generic
Differin was the only thing that fixed my acne on my face. Be prepared for a “retinol purge” where your acne gets worse before it gets better. After a couple months, my acne was way better. No more cystic acne. This is the generic for Differin, and works the same. I now use it as a spot treatment for the occasional zit, and it clears it up quickly.

TARO Adapalene 0.1% Gel has worked really well for my acne, as long as I stayed consistent and patient with it. It can be a bit drying at first, but using a gentle cleanser and moisturizer helped a lot, and I like that it’s paraben free.

10/10 alternative to retinol. Make you slowly integrate this into your routine. You can seriously mess up your skin barrier if you go to crazy at first
