This leaf cleanup tarp has proven highly effective
I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered this leaf cleanup tarp, but it has proven highly effective and increased my leaf gathering efficiency at least three fold. When you set it up, with the spring pole framing, it appears like the scoop of a front-end loader. It works best when anchored by its corner stakes on soft ground. But much of my surface cleanup on 2 acres is on hard surfaces so it's a bit more awkward, as you have to stand on the front of the tarp and use a rake like a gondola paddle, sweeping in between your legs (good exercise!). If you don't stand on the tarp on hard surfaces, your raked material goes under the front lip. It could be a bit sturdier, but it has held up fine in the first season. I don't drag it around on hard surfaces because it would wreck it pretty fast. I fill it up and attach it to some hooks on the back of a landscape golf cart and run it over to the leaf compost pile, unhook it, dump it out, and it's done. It's a great design for my needs since we have a compost area. I'd be willing to pay a little more for a more commercial, robust version of this design. This is way cheaper than buying a gas powered leaf vacuum system, which is what I was originally looking at.

well designed practical products.Small problem( disconnected rod ) easy to solve
good designed: practical easy to use and the price is good.Due to it function better even compare to leaf tarps .For the stable rod easy to disconnect I just use supper glue to each connections before put it in. I try it three times already even load with heavy wet leaves without any problems. After few more use one stable rod push througe the conner pocket.I just push the rod back and use a paper stapler put one stapl to close the opening and problem solve in minutes. After few more use the rear support rod broke due to over bend it due to rough use.I repair it even half inche short but still fit for prevent future brake again , I apply a wooden rod attach to both end of oringinal support rod then it would not be over bend. The wooden rod just 1.95$ 8 feet long from home depo .

Easy to use leaf & yard debris mover
This will be a mixed review. I bought this over a yard cart because of a cheaper price, greatly increased volume of debris, & weight/maneuverability. I have about an eighth of an acre of trees covered in ivy. I am removing large amounts of brush & debris from the area. I knew I would have large piles that would require probably 3 trips to the burn pile with a cart or wheelbarrow of any kind. The leaf hauler is easy to use in this regard. It slides over differing types of ground well & quickly. It empties easily as well. Also, it folds up & takes up much less space than a cart. The cons have to do with the support poles & the pockets that hold the poles. There are 3 poles that provide support for the back & the sides & assembles like a tent. During the first use, I had a section of pocket to come unsewn. Also, I don't feel the corners for the poles offer enough length to contain them. I usually have a corner on a side that I can't get the pole into. However, it does still function as it's supposed to. Because of the ease of use, I will PROBABLY reorder & hope for a better fit.

Great product
Easy to use. Fast shipping. Big enough for a big load of leaves and sticks.

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly..
I begin this with; I have always used a plain tarp for the same usage so this is a step up.The Good: Very easy and nice design, went together quickly and the rods fit perfectly. I don't buy some of these other comments about the rods to long. This folded out very well. And it works per HOW YOUR SUPPOSED to use it. (small bush branches, leaves, yard waste). I assisted my brother who was trying to use a garbage bin with wheels. EZ Hauler worked much better and faster, held a lot more. The Bad: On the first use we had small bush branches from trimming, and some dead weeds piled up in the EZ Hauler. However we dragged the Hauler about 100 feet to the burn pile only on grass. The small branches tore and ripped the EZ Hauler bottom. I have tears now, and holes. The material needs to be heavier / thicker / tougher. I would say I will get one season out of my EZ Hauler, I thought I could get at least a couple of years out of it.There is no Ugly, I just used that for a cool headline... (:

UPDATE: Second one had same problem. Waiting replacement and will update.
UPDATE AT END: This leaf dustbin is a really neat idea. My skeptical wife even agreed that this purchase was not a gimmick or gadget I fell for and it made it much easier to rake up the leaves than shoveling. Yet, after a single use of about 4 loads into the yard debris can the seam gave way and the pole poked through as you can see in the photos. It seemed that the stitching was poor. While disassembling to send back for an exchange I also discovered one of the poles was cracked. Awaiting a replacement to see if that was a fluke. If the replacement is also poor quality will be asking for money back. Perhaps a great idea, poorly executed. UPDATE: Amazon sent a replacement and it suffered from the same defect. Is it too much to ask that this have strong seams and be properly stitched together? Sending back for refund. I would look elsewhere, but its too bad since it is a neat concept.

Good, but impossible to assemble
I'm under 5 foot, so I need to find something that is about 3/4 this size. It's too big, but at least it is sturdy and has handles, although the handles on the back are sewn so tightly into the side, even my tiny hand barely fits through it. Assembly was nearly impossible for me. The poles, which are like tent poles that fit into each other with an elastic cord have to thread through a seam and then fit into a little piece of fabric at the corners. Trying as hard as I could, I couldn't get the pole to bend enough to fit into the corners. It took me probably 30 minutes to put the 3 poles on it. Aside from the poles being too long, or the little hole pockets not really being big enough for the poles, it is a good design. Better than most out there. I would recommend this.

Perfect Lawn and Leaf Helper
Really happy with the EZ Hauler. It’s sturdy and the raised back keeps leaves from blowing out

no
too small a tarp for the pricethe rod ends don't stay in the holder that's supposed to hold them, and they come apart inside which makes it hard to use. they keep sticking out

Love this!!
I love how easy it is for me to drag around the yard and fill. It is much easier to use for weeding. No constant stopping to empty. You can get more work done. Love it :)M WoodOntario, Canada
