My paternal grandmother, and my dad both had terrible anxiety, he overcompensated a lot for it, but I was just filled with dread for many years till a nutritionist on an old episode of Dick Cavett's talk show (on a newer DVD) mentioned magnesium for relief. I took the whole 400 mg tablet once a day for four or six weeks, and suddenly noticed the problem had vanished. Now I take half a pill once a day. On a recent out of town trip I took an extra half pill, after an arduous day of travel.

Good item works good I only take 2 or 3 at a time on a hard workout day I take 4.

Pros: 1. Solar products are pretty safe for those with food allergies or special diets. These contain: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Glycerin, Carnauba Wax. Free of - Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Sugar, Artificial Flavors, Artificial Sweeteners, Artificial Colors (Graphic showing dietary information is from their website) 2. The Amber tinted, glass bottle helps keep your vitamins in good shape. 3. Easy to swallow. I find these much easier to swallow than smaller pills that I have to take. 4. Easy to digest, without the backyard trots. If you have taken other forms of magnesium, you know exactly what I am speaking of. Cons: 1. Expensive. Sadly Solgar products are never cheap. They are well worth the money if you have needs above and beyond just a simple supplement, but they are not budget friendly. 2. The pills are not small. Another trait of Solgar is that the pills tend to be on the larger side. They are always easy to swallow (most often coated). These are no exception. I have no issues with them, and I have dysphagia. Summary: I will always rave about Solgar products, even with the Cons. The quality of the products, and the transparency of the company, makes Solgar products worth every penny.

As one of the Senior Citizens of the USA ... My once able body has begun to have more aches and pains with the onset of arthritis etc, in my hands and knees. That is a fact that I once thought, only OLD people used .. In my youth took music lessons and loved mobility in my hands ... I researched many items and need for another few pills in my daily IN-TAKE ... then ordered, and took pills .. about a week later .. realized my thumbs and the sides of my little fingers on both hands, were beginning to be more nimble and a bit less painful .. I now do not have as much pain when moving my thumbs .. in fact, they are no longer grinding bone on bone when I was holding the thumb's first joint ... with the fingers on the other hand .. holding on each side of the when moving .. could feel a POP when the thumb joint moved ... know that may be a little confusing as a review .. but I know I am NOT the only person .. more near 80 than 70 years old .. begging doctors for relief .. and getting drugs ....... no thanks!!!! .. so if your hands, knees, and ankles are sore and popping ... this is something you might consider buying and trying..
