We have purchased three of these. They are amazing! It plugs directly into an outlet to charge. It has two cables attached to it so you don’t have to worry about losing them. One cable is a iPhone lightning pin and the other one has USBC and micro usb. Charges devices quickly! My daughter took one to Miami for a 3 day trip. She fully charged it before she left. Her and her two friends used it all weekend and the day they flew home it STILL had power! She plugged in in to fully charge just in case their flight was delayed. It’s compact enough to fit in backpack, pocketbook, fanny pack etc. it is a little heavy but with the power it packs it’s worth it! I was hospitalized a few times and brought mine with me and didn’t have to bring any cables or outlet brick. There are built in prongs on it to plug it in. It takes a while to charge but it packs slot of power!

This is a solid portable charger. I hate when people leave reviews right away without actually giving time to see how the product fares in the long term. I’ve had this charger for about 9 months now and I can confidently say that its worth the price and is out performing all my friends portables and my past portables. It is a hefty boy so beware it does take up most of the space in my handbags but I can plug it into the wall to charge once and use it fairly regularly and not have to charge it again for a week. I have an iPhone 11 (that i refuse to upgrade) and if I had to estimate I’d say about 8% of the portable’s battery gives me a full charge on low power mode in a reasonable amount of time. The built in cords and wall charger are a game changer because I’d forget any other cords constantly. When I was in a country that had spotty power and this was my saving grace that made sure mine and my family’s devices didn’t die during the long blackouts. TL:DR; get this charger it’s definitely worth the price, high performance, good battery life, but beware it is a bit heavy/hefty

Initially it worked great, is very portable and charged very well. However, after 10 months, it does not charge anymore. Tried different outlets and it just doesn’t charge. The troubleshooting link via Amazon did not work.UPDATEw- company reached out to me and refunded my purchase! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I bought another one and got here next day!!The other 5 chargers I ordered as Christmas presents are still working very well!!!

I purchased this battery and 6 months later the built-in cord stopped working. Charmast immediately sent me a replacement. They are an amazing company and they stand behind their products and their customer service! I have purchased at least 8 of the smaller batteries and they have worked perfectly and I never leave home without one. These batteries are the best and I cannot recommend enough! I’d give extra stars if I could.

I came online to write this review and noticed someone else complained about the same issue and got it resolved with the company. Good for them. Now let's see what happens with my battery, which only displays 188 and does not charge. I bought it on July 12, 2023 and it stopped around the same time that the other reviewer's did! Weird.I was on vacation in May and counting on this battery to keep me connected. Fortunately, I had an older battery with me on the trip this one had been replaced last year. In the end, I had to rely on the old one. Thank goodness I brought it in case of emergency.I had been raving about this model ever since I bought it last year until May of this year. I like this one and its features, but only if it works!Charmast, please reach out to me to help resolve the situation. I'm an unhappy customer who likes to share product reviews in person but not necessarily on Amazon with every product—until things go wrong. Sorry, but I work in digital marketing (including in customer service!) and am online all day as it is.Here's hoping Charmast is consistent with its customer service.

It's great! Charged my phone up fast. It charges back up slowly though

This is one of the best purchases ever!! I was able to charge my IPhone and iPad at the same time with this portable charger and it held a charge a long while. Several connections and just snap down the probes and plug it in to recharge. It also had a digital feature that shows the amount of charge left. We lose electricity due to weather and on a recent trip l used it and it did way better than l thought. 100% satisfied with this and will be buying several for Christmas gifts for my family and friends for the value and a useful gift.

I really like the charger, it works well and looks nice, but was much heavier than I was anticipating! I just expected it to be a little bit thinner! 😀👍

I am notorious for forgetting my cables or damaging them. This has changed my life! It is so convenient to have this battery, it rolls around in my purse but the cables are safely tucked into the sides so nothing is lost or damaged.

Its a good idea for an all in one. But its a slow charge for portable charging usb -c use. Charging the charger itself takes a few hours.

Super fast charge. Has all the adapters I need. Has saved me on many occasions.

I was very excited to use this charger as one of my relatives had purchased the smaller 10000ma charger and I opted for the 20000 as I use my electronics often.When unboxing the charger it was quite heavy and the bag that it came with does not fit properly. When plugs it into anything though, the display just reads 188 and does nothing.I've tried multiple cables but even the included ones attached do not seem to work.

I like that it has 3 different attached charging cables. It plugs directly into an outlet, so needs no external charging lead. LCD screen shows battery charge clearly.
