It is not as soapy and sticky as other floor cleaners. I do not rinse after an application. the Hydro vac it is used in is much more thorough, neater and faster than other floor cleaners I have used. The dirt in the tub appeared to clean well, so i checked with a paper towel. It looked clean. It is more expensive per ounce tan my other floor cleaner: but the machine is quicker and works better than the lother machine.
