You need to be careful as this only gives you the gross external dimensions. The PROFILE may be different from one supplier to the another AND the purpose may be slightly different. For example, a "V" slot extrusion is specifically for a linear rail system. What you see here is specifically for a T slot hold dawn. In practice I've seen people use the different profiles interchangeably but performance may suffer. **Q: Is it possible to bend these beams on the pipe bender so that the rollers can roll freely on them? A circle with a diameter of half a meter** A: It is unlikely you could bend it well. This is T5 meaning the hardened level. T6 is typically the maximum.
