Cream of Wheat Stove Top Hot Cereal, Original, 2 1/2 Minute Cook Time, 28 Ounce (Pack of 4)

I have been using this Cream of Wheat for at least 6 months. I have it for breakfast nearly every day. I personally like to add Chia Seeds and raisins to the mix. I sweeten it with a bit of honey and add some almond milk after cooking 2 minutes in the microwave. This is so yummy every time. I credit this cereal with helping me drop 30 pounds in 6 months. It keeps me full for many hours and I feel energized by this breakfast. I have loved this cereal since I was a child but only ate it occasionally until this year. I highly recommend this cereal!

We have been eating this cereal for 4 generations. still a favorite of ours. Only thing that is requested is lumps or no lumps? Great either way.

Although this product is the "instant" version and I prefer the old-fashioned slow cooked original (with lumps) it is still a good hot breakfast on a cold morning. I prepare it thicker than the box directs and I top it with two or three pats of butter and a couple of tablespoons of light brown sugar with a splash of whole milk. If I close my eyes I'm almost transported back to the 1950's when I enjoyed this stuff as a little boy but my arthritis always jolts me back to reality of being an old geezer.

My daughter needed iron and this was recommended by her doctor.

I have shared in the grief of not being able to find this wonderful, old fashioned cereal in local stores. Not only does Amazon have lots of it but it is also relatively inexpensive. My wife had never had Cream of Wheat and the first day I had it, I cooked enough for the 2 of us and she was delighted with it. This stuff is now bound to become one of our breakfast staples. Well packaged and fresh tasting out of the box. It is REALLY great!Thanks Amazon!PS. Try it with a dash of cinnamon.

Have loved this hot cereal since childhood back in the 1960’s! A bowl of this is almost like being able to get a hug from my mom again. Growing up in the Midwest, my mom made sure our breakfast included bowls of hot cereal on frigid winter mornings. There is always a box of Cream of Wheat (and Maltomeal!) in our pantry. It’s warm, comforting, and wholesome, which is even more important now since the world is turned upside down with the pandemic. Definitely going through this faster than usual with all of us home on quarantine. Glad we were able to get extra boxes here, as our Publix was sold out. I enjoy mine with a sprinkle of brown sugar and maple syrup. My husband likes his with sliced bananas.

I ordered this product from Amazon because we are not able to find the original Cream of Wheat in local stores. Apparently the manufacturer drastically modified the product but left the packaging the same. I ordered this based on the reviews. Don't believe it! The flavor, consistency, aroma -- all different. It clumps up as soon as you put it the liquid. Impossible to get smooth. This is what I imagine baby pablum tastes like. NOT ORIGINAL, someone should sue the manufacturer for false advertising!

This is one of my favorite comfort foods. The only problem was, "Store prices"! This is a high quality product for a Great price!
