effective in getting the job done
Unlike other migraine caps I appreciate the flexibility of this one in providing wider support for people with long hair but it wrap around rather than go over your head. The fact it can be used both as a heat and ice pack is a bonus.

helped with my migrane
This cap can be heated or cooled. I must have a small head, because it covers my eyes and nose. It's not uncomfortable, and it works as advertised, it's just a "one size for all" situation that makes for my discomfort.Yes, I recommend that you give it a try.

Wonderful tension relief
One of my favorite things I’ve ever gotten from Amazon. This one has the top covered as well which gives added relief.

Love it!
This is a really nice migraine hat. It's a nice thick material and has full coverage. It stays cold for a long time. It even feels cool at room temperature.

Has a Velcro closure
I have another ice head wrap but it is one piece and can't be adjusted and sometimes feels too tight. This Hilph Migraine Ice Head Wrap for Headache Relief is adjustable which is just what I was looking for. You can adjust how you put it on your head since it has the Velcro closure. I have found I like it better when I just put it in the refrigerator as sometimes it gets too cold in the freezer. It is made of a soft material and feels cool and comfortable on my skin.

Stays cool for a bit
Reusable cool headache cap that can be put in the freezer. Most headache relief caps come with the top open and this one actually has a top to it so it targets the top of your head which I desperately needed. It doesn’t stay cool for long maybe about 20 minutes tops before you need to refreeze it.

Headache wrap
This wrap is easy to put on. There is a notch for the nose and then you know how to wrap it. I also like that it comes with a resealable storage bag.I tried it hot. The instructions which came with the wrap tell you in four languages how long to initially microwave it for and then in what increments for 800 watt and 1100 watt microwaves -- and this depends on the size of the wrap, S, M, L and XL. At the same time, this wrap is one size fits most and its dimensions do not appear in the insert or on the box. They do appear on the product page, but without knowing the dimensions for S, M, L and Xl,Lthere is no way to compare.Okay, so the product page says to microwave 30 seconds, without regard to size or wattage (this, by the way corresponds to the time for a M in an 800 watt or a L in a 1000 watt).I put it in my 1000 watt for 30 seconds and it came out nice and warm. It is comfortable to wear and feels nice. For cooling, you can always keep it in the fridge or put it in the freezer for two hours.

Cooling cap can also be heated
This is a very nice cooling cap. The fabric is smooth and silky to the touch. The gel inside makes the cap a little weighty in my hand, but it wasn't noticeable or a problem once the cap was on my head. There is a hook-and-loop fastener in the back to adjust the size, and it is covered so that it doesn't get tangled up in my hair.I tried on the cap right out of the box and it already felt cool on my head. The instructions say it can be kept in the fridge and ready to go, in the freezer for extra coolness, or can even be microwaved if you want a warm cap.The front of the cap covers my eyes and ends at the top of my cheeks. There is a small gap at the bottom that lets light in, so it isn't a total blackout covering, but it does block the majority of light from my eyes.I am very happy with this cooling cap.
