PrettysternWomen Gustav Klimt art printed Crepe Satin Silk 90/90 Square Scarf

Let me start off by saying I never write reviews but decided I was going to as I was browsing for another (third) scarf by this seller.This was the first one I I bought, in scarf December 2012 from seller Prettystern for about £25, as a Christmas gift for my mother.My mum has a passion for silk scalfs that are square. These are hard to buy so specifically in the shops, and I stumbled across this seller on amazon. For £25 I thought I would be taking a gamble as to if it would come with the quality I was expecting, but I was not disappointed. It arrived wrapped in its own plastic wrap to protect it, so it had never seen a human hand before and I was ensured of no sticky fingers that might have touched it. It was of excellent high quality and the image on it was fantastic and of a lot more detail than shown in this stock photo. I was so pleased- the quality looks like it would have cost a lot more if it had been bought in a shop. I love this seller and this scarf and my mum did too! She was so happy with it she asked for another in a different print for the next special occasion. I was so confident in the seller and scarf that I did buy her another of another pattern (I will be writing the review in a moment) the following Christmas 2013, and I got the same service and quality then too! I am about to buy one more for mothers day too. She loves them! I guess she is starting a collection. Love it and will keep coming back for more!

Really nice for the cost.. I bought this for someone else and haven't given it to them yet so not sure If they will like it or not. The delivery was really fast and the scarf is very nice, the only downside is it appears to be roughspun silk.. From the picture I expected the sateen shiny silk as it looks like it has a shine but its matte and the colours aren't as bright. Saying that it is still a lovely scarf but I would ask the seller in future to be a bit more descriptive of the type of material.

It's a nice scarf. I bought it for the fact that it is made of 100% silk so perfect to wrap around my precious new violin when it is in its case. I like the Klimt picture which is why I chose this particular design over the others. It was cheaper than the other 100% silk scarves I looked at in the shops (although not as soft as them). Overall though, I'm happy with this product & it looks lovely every time I open my violin case!

The black in the photo is actually purple. So while the quality of the scarf is very good, I wouldn't have chosen it if I'd known the colour-base.

As headline states, a good quality silk scarf spoiled by inferior quality printing. Nonetheless it serves its purpose under a coat on a cold winter's day.
