Defective. Torn under arm. Daughter disappointed on her birthday contacted Amazon. I said I'd send back and please add refund to Amazon gift card so I could purchase it quicker than waiting days for it to go on my card. Was told sorry we can't do this!!!! In past I've been able to refund and funds go on to gift card. And for speed that's all I wanted. Seems like Amazon don't want the business

Ho acquistato questa costosa bambola in silicone .Mia nipote è felicissima, e ammetto che l’impatto iniziale è stato positivo: ben confezionata, bell’aspetto, dettagli curati. Tuttavia, dopo appena un giorno, ho notato con grande delusione che le labbra si sono completamente scolorite, senza che la bambola fosse mai stata bagnata o maltrattata. Allego due foto scattate a distanza di sole 24 ore (6 e 7 agosto) che mostrano chiaramente il cambiamento: il colore delle labbra è svanito del tutto. Da un prodotto di questa fascia di prezzo mi aspettavo una qualità ben diversa. Spero davvero che il venditore prenda in considerazione questo tipo di difetti e possa fornire una soluzione modifico la recenzione a distanza di 10 giorni : il silicone si lacera facilmente!!! ESPERIENZA PESSIMA
