Yes they're just pieces of plastic with a weird key, but it does work and they aren't hard to get out if you have the key.

The price should be lower especially for 100 pieces.
Here is the reason I gave such a low review. I would like to give otherwise. 1. Design and function great. 2. Price... are you kidding? $1 per port lock? 3. I wanted to buy more but I don't need the tool and could just use a bag of 25-75, no further options.

Great for public/shared use machines!
A very simple way to prevent unauthorized use of the USB ports on devices that are company property or are in public area that are intend to be used by guests or customers. While it would be great if we could leave our USB ports open for other to use, the ability to launch a wide range of attacks on a computer or it's network via the USB is on the rise. These plugs are simple to install, just press it in until it clicks and it's done. It does seem to have a good hold when engaged and you'd likely have to break the plug or the device to remove this without the included key. My only concern with the key is that it's metal, and while the insert has a plastic part that should protect the key from every coming into contact with any of the USB ports internal terminals. If used incorrectly or mistakenly touching an adjacent port the metal key could short out the USB port is the terminals were energized.

Work Great
If you’re trying to keep thieves from stealing your car through the usb port, then these are what you need. These actually clip into place and need the key to remove. Many others are just plugs that sit in below the lip and don’t actually click in and lock to the port. Would it be impossible to remove these without the key? No. But they will slow down the thieves and possibly make them move on instead.
