have they got a lamb cold pressed recipe

Forthglade do three flavours of the Cold Pressed dry food - Chicken, Duck and have recently added a Turkey one. No lamb as yet. I’ve yet to try my dogs on the Turkey one but they both love the Chicken & Duck and will even eat it as treats when out for a walk! They are four and have been on it for three years now mixed in with some of the wet Forthglade. Hope this helps.

Cold-pressed? So if it contains red, green and other coloured foods, why is it a uniform brown?

I imagine it's like paint. Mix those colours and get brown? My dog has this mixed with sardines, mince or chicken but you can give on its own but a bit boring.

Is this kibble large? Is it ok for a shih tzu puppy?

We have Poochon’s, similar size to your dog. Our dogs struggled to crunch through the kibble and it would always get stuck between their gums and cheeks. It was so annoying and unpleasant for the dogs as they could feel the food wedged between their cheek and gums, but couldn’t get it out. We had to use our fingers to help them! Shame as they really enjoyed the Forthglade food range. Just wish the kibble was smaller for smaller breed dogs!

Fussy greyhound approved (and helps with the gas!)

I struggled to settle my rescued greyhound into a feeding routine but after lots of trial and error, this worked really well. it's easy to feed, highly digestible and seems to have stopped the noxious gas greyhounds are famous for! Not cheap, but feels worth it when she eats it reliably and seems to be doing her good. The biscuits are hard (but crumbly) pellets that dissolve easily, so i would suggest it can't be used if you are expecting to soak the biscuits.

Nutritious Food But Pieces too Large

The food is great, but as others have mentioned. Some of the ‘tubes’ are rather long and therefore need to be broken by hand. A bit of a faff, so I’ve now reordered the turkey for small dogs with has the right sized tubes.

Happy dog

Good quality kibble, and my pup leaves an empty bowl so five stars from him (I use it to compliment a home made wet food as a precaution in case he's not getting sufficient nutrients/vitamins via my own recipe). Also, I like how strong/easy to close the resealable top is so it keeps really fresh. Great stuff.

very hard pellets !

these are very hard pellets ,i had to soak them for a while to soften up.the pellets are quite long aswell .i wouldnt buy for a small breed dog .i think there quite expensive for what they are tbh. my gsd did eat them once soaked and mixed with wet food ,i wouldnt buy again tho just because they are hard as stone !

Fussy cavapoo loves it

This is the only dry food my fussy cavapoo will eat and doesn't upset his stomach. As far as I can tell it's very high quality and has a high protein content. Also the resealable velcro bag is great.
