I'm highly impressed with this product! I was on the fence before I bought it, cause it looked like it had a small shavings compartment upon looking at the imagery, I caved in and bought it. After receiving the product and trying it out, It's so impressive... Such a powerful motor utilizing two AAA Batteries that sharpens your pencil to a longer point than standard sharpeners. This performance is unheard of on such small electric sharpening devices, I'm really amazed! Well done!!!!

Didn't work at all. Going back ASAP. Bought it because of the rechargeable function. I'm sticking to tried and true brands. They might cost more, but they actually do what you bought them to do. This is a dud right out of the gate. Charged it well, and followed instructions, yet nothing happened. I would have given it at least two stars if I didn't have to print up a special return label to send it back. If it's going to the UPS Store ANYWAY, why all the rigamarole? Why not just drop off and go, like most Amazon sellers? UPS does everything. I think when they knowingly sell garbage, they expect returns, and want to discourage you from sending it back, so they complicate returns. All that does is break trust.

Great little pencil sharpener. Takes AA battery (not included). Works very well and small enough to fit in a pocket. Sharpens as quickly as larger models.

Sharpens fast and well

I put brand new batteries in this pencil sharpener; and it will not work. I let it sit 24 hours with the new batteries. It still does not work.
